I missed a payment because my child was hospitalised and my insurance was cancelled. As soon as I received the notification, I called to explain my situation. They asked if I could make a payment right away, and I did. They reinstated my insurance immediately and showed understanding of my situation. The people who helped me were very compassionate.

Had a payment fail due to my own fault with acorn insurance and paid twice by accident but they hadn't gone through. and I called and a lady called penny managed to sort it out for me and spoke to her manager and luckily let me pay again and got it through. She was very helpful over the phone and due to my Monzo bank being only online monzo shouldn't have taken the payment I got the refund back instantly due to penny's help even though it was my banks fault. Thank you penny. Will definitely be asking to speak to her if needed in future. Brilliant service.

I spoke to Bradley from granite finance he went above and beyond by taking his time to understand and help me with my inquiry as soon as I got off the phone I was actually telling my husband I have never spoken to anyone that genuinely cares and likes to help customers I couldn’t thank him enough he deserves a raise.

It’s been a really difficult and emotional time, and I was honestly feeling very overwhelmed.
Rob was incredibly understanding, kind, and patient throughout the whole conversation. He really took the time to listen, helped me sort everything out, and reassured me every step of the way. By the end of the call, I felt calm, supported, and genuinely relieved.
