Grand Frank Recenzje 

I had to write a review because I placed an order on July 27th and received it today (August 4th.) Not only is shipping incredibly fast for coming from overseas but I love my suede jacket. I’m just curious why the lining of the jacket isn’t in the fabric care content - seems like the body is poly cotton and the sleeves are viscose. It is probably the first batch but either way it is a standout piece.
I was afraid to purchase because of the negative feedback but I had a great experience and do look into their suede jackets. Top notch for the price.

Very bad shopping experience:
1, the shipping was very late -- it took 3 weeks
2, the Suede jack does not match the pictures
3, the return process is very complicated

Conclusion, bad decision to buy from Grand Frank and I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy from them

Oseriös verksamhet, köpte en klocka och armbandet gick sönder. Hittade reserv-armband på deras hemsida som var out of stock, mailade och frågade när de skulle vara åter i lager. Fick aldrig något svar och nu har de tagit bort alla reservarmband.

*Uppdatering: Fick svar nedan av Grand Frank, höjer därför betyget från 1 till 3 stjärnor. Har redan fixat ett nytt klockarmband via en annan leverantör så behöver inte längre ett nytt armband.

Dålig kvalitet. Har köpt ett flertal skjortor som efter kort tid varken håller form eller stolek och går upp i sömmarna (tvättar alltid handtvätt/30 grader).

Jag har inte varit i kontakt med kundtjänst så kan inte säga något om deras service. Kvaliteten motsvarar inte priset vilket gör att jag inte kan rekommendera butiken.

Very happy with the product. Ordered a jacket in the wrong size and got very good help from customer service who helped me make the exchange. Great customer service!

i have two grand frank watches, i have been wearing them for years.
They look and feel great, but i have had to send them to watch-repair shops so many times.. its insane.

I purchased an item from a website named drop of mindfulness. So my paypl account was charged with the name grand frank and I went into googling and saw ppl claim that the company is a scam. Well it’s been three weeks now from my ”order confirmation” and no additional updates on shipping, no response to my emails or the email that paypal has now sent to the company since I applied for the refund from getting scammed. Please stay away from websites that seem fishy and do not display a lock symbol next to the url address.

Really bad Quality.
I was surprised how bad the quality is for this amount of money. The customer service was really bad so I couldn't send the shirts back. In the end i had to keep really bad clothing which i wont wear and they keep my money. I wouldnt recommend to buy there!

Gjorde en order i november, enligt hemsidan var det en leveranstid på 1-3 dagar. Paketet anlände mer än en månad senare. Som kompensation skulle jag få en del av summan återbetald, blev lovad vidare information. Absolut ingenting har hänt och det har gått över en månad där också.

Har beställt förr utan problem, men företaget känns otillgängliga och krångliga samt ointresserade av att lösa självförvållade problem.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product (totally my fault; the confirmation email went to my junk folder). A return shipping label was $30. I had to follow up TWICE to actually get the label and after dropping the package off at fedex, I still haven’t received confirmation a week later. I was tempted to return both sweaters, because every time I see my son wear it, it’s going to irritate me.

Jeg kontaktede kundeservice fordi den ene remholder var slidt og revet over. De ville sende en ny, hvilket i sig selv er god service. Da jeg så henter min pakke, har jeg modtaget en helt ny rem.

Det er service på højeste niveau!
Jeg anbefaler Grand Frank til hver en tid!

Beställde en klocka för 2 år sedan som för någon vecka sedan tappade kronan när jag skulle ställa tiden. Mailade och undrade över möjlig reparartion. Fick snabb återkoppling från Grand Frank att dom skickar en ny klocka!! Otroligt positivt överraskad och överrumplad. Kan inte annat än applådera och rekommendera Grand Frank.

Bought a watch three years ago, but one of the hands came loose after I had the glass changed, but for some reason the watchmaker couldn’t repair it. So I wrote to their customer service and a couple off days later I received a brand new watch, even though it was three years old. So thanks for the excellent customer service!

Köpte en mocca jacka från Grand Frank för 2 år sedan. Favoritjackan är fortfarande i gott skick. Lika så flertalet tröjor. Bra kvalite och aldrig några problem. Rekommenderas

Terrible customer service and overpriced material.

Beställde en tröja för 5 veckor sen. Skrev och frågade vad status va, fick till svar att den skulle va inne i lager veckan efter.
Fortfarande ingen tröja och nu svarar inte kundtjänst.

Handla inte här!

Sounds like i'm not the only person to buy something and receive no acknowledgment or response to queries through their website. It's been a couple of days now.

Looks like i've been scammed judging by these reviews and their lack of response. Website looks totally legit as well.

Fingers crossed my bank will refund me and recall the money.
