I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my account verification to complete, something that normally take 48 hours is being delayed for so long, and no support is given whe I reach out to them, other than keep waiting with no answers as to why its taking so long. I personally know there are no issues with my documents or identity; possiblythey are trying to delay a withdrawal I'm currently holding or pressure me to keep playing and loose my money... Definitely 5 out of five stars
I have nothing but positive experiences on this site. Anytime I've ever had to talk to customer service they've been more than helpful and friendly, and they don't keep you on hold forever like some of the other sites. I've probably won a handful of times and I've never had a problem making a withdrawal. A couple of times I did have my withdrawal request denied. But that was my own fault, I had played with a free bonus chip and not made a deposit before getting another free bonus chip and when I won they denied it due to that fact. But when you're not playing with a free bonus and you win they will always, well have always given me my withdrawal without any problems. People that leave reviews saying they cheated them out of their money, I'm going to say probably 10 times out of 10 it is because they were playing with a bonus and they're not including that information in their review. I would recommend this site to anybody who likes to gamble sometimes.

I played here a few years now. I must say I really love it here. They always promise to pay out, if only the playthrough is correct, but they do pay out!. Friendly guys in chat support.
