withdrawal denied after successful verification
I requested a $100 BTC payout, and it was denied with the incredibly helpful explanation: “Payout denied.” No actual reason, no details, nothing.
What makes this even worse is that my account had already gone through successful verification. After that, they suddenly claimed that my account was created with “invalid details” and closed it.
So apparently my details were good enough to pass their verification, but suddenly “invalid” when I tried to withdraw. 🤔
I'm honestly glad this happened while I was using a bonus, because it showed me exactly what to expect before I ever put real money into this casino. I definitely do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

When you finally want to withdraw after waiting the whole week for your account to be verified, you also will have to wait several days for your withdrawal to be processed. I think in 2026 this is crazy
