Everything was transported with care
Everything was transported with care. Cam and Jack really coordinated the team well. They even managed to transport my large tv without any damage!

Timely response
The company responded well to my request for a team of staff to expedite my sister's house move from Auckland to Christchurch, when only one staff member arrived with the van at 9.00 am. Rob worked capably and efficiently on his own and once Blessing and Sanele arrived at 11.00 am they all worked very quickly together, to complete the packup and storage into the van.

Unreliable company! Do not recommend at all!!
Unreliable! Bad customer service! Worst experience with a moving company! I paid all the payment once my shipment from overseas were cleared, and got no replies from the company! A week after the payment, finally got a reply and said my goods are scheduled to deliver 3 weeks later!

Outstanding Service and Support
I recently used Grace Removals in Wellington and couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, the manager and the branch coordinator went above and beyond to help me navigate a few unexpected obstacles in my situation. Their support, communication, and genuine willingness to assist made a huge difference and took a lot of stress out of the process.
The packers and movers — Jack, Doug, and Cam — were absolutely outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were incredibly obliging, respectful of our home, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely lovely people to deal with. Their professionalism and attitude made the whole experience smooth and worry-free.
I highly recommend Grace Removals Wellington. Their team truly delivers exceptional service.

Smooth easy highly recommended
Had a great experience getting my move done. The guy named BUZZ was on to it and knew his job and what his doing other guys Sanele , Bless and hornell did a splendid job aswell really appreciate the effort and dedication they gave put to make my move smooth and easier. New House Move
Jack and the team moved our house contents from storage into the new house where they unwrapped and laid everything out. It was a huge job with many challenges but they never once looked daunted and were very careful with everything. I can’t congratulate them and Grace enough.

A professional and amazing team
It has been a pleasant experience engaging Grace Removals Auckland's services. Communication has been superb, with initial consultancy from Karun Batra who provided us with information and realistic quote and options on what to expect. Special mention and credit to Lindy De Bruyne, Customer Services Manager, who is thorough, professional, helpful and efficient, guided us in the entire process of the move.
