What a fantastic fire suite
What a fantastic fire suite, absolutely love it . It was knocked down in price by 200 pounds and it was well worth it. It didn't disappoint me,makes my room really cosy with the light surround and artificial log flame. The heat it gives out is really good , delivery was quick.Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed with the result v. the expectation
Service from the retailer was faultless — ordering and delivery were smooth and efficient. The product itself, however, is a disappointment. The unit in question is the Ezee Glow Pulse Wide Screen Insert Fire, selected specifically on the strength of the images and descriptions on your website, including the black surround. Price was not the issue.
I appreciate this fire is not manufactured by the retailer, they do however promote and retail it on the mainland. The problem is the flame and bed effect, which falls well short of what is advertised. The flame display occupies barely 30% of the screen with faint smoke-like orange wisps, nowhere near the vibrant 60%+ shown online. The fire‑bed illumination is essentially a narrow 60 mm strip driven by three LED sources; it needs at least four to achieve an even glow across the full width. The ‘crystals’ — black plastic nodules intended to represent coal — create the look of a meagre, dying fire rather than a convincing glowing centrepiece. Adding the ‘logs’ darkens the fire bed further, reducing the effect to a faint orange shadow.
Since the flame and bed presentation are the entire purpose of this type of fire, the design misses the mark badly and serious consideration is being given to returning the unit. The lighting effect is simply unsatisfactory — and yes, it is set to maximum. This is not a question of "subjectivity". The fire was bought based on promotional images which are not reflected in the reality of the installed product. In responding therefore, I would be grateful for a reply that does not glow with meaningless apology but actually reflects a genuine willingness to accept my concerns.

Thank you for your detailed review. We’re pleased to hear the ordering and delivery service were faultless, but we’re sorry the fire itself hasn’t met your expectations.
We take your comments about the flame and fuel-bed effects seriously and will ensure your feedback is passed on. We’re also happy to discuss the options available to you directly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Thank you again for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback.
