I met John today who helped me decide on the most appropriate camping chair. It was nice to receive good customer service by both John & his fellow colleague. I would recommend shopping here.

Really impressed with the kind service from Bruce and Reece. Very helpful staff and definitely deserve the 5-star review. Helped us with everything we needed for our trip. We went to a few different shops and weren’t able to get what we needed, but because of helpful staff in this store we came out with many bags of shopping and everything we need. Thanks a lot :) hope you guys get a raise!

Staff were courteous. Shop was tidy and item prices clearly displayed. Good variety with budget selection available. Membership did not require email address. Served in a timely manner.

Excellent service from Go Outdoors. I phone and asked them if an item was in stock and to hold onto it ready for collection. This they did and it was immediately available at the cash out when I arrived.

Went to get my son kitted out for his first d of e expedition. Up stairs Sue was really helpful showing my son the different backpacks and walking boots and any accessories that he need and downstairs Reece found all the clothing that he needed. Couldn't have asked for anymore helpful staff. They know there stuff and give you different options to choose from instead of just showing all the expenses things there.
