GO Outdoors - Ipswich Recenzje

Excellent customer service and advice from Denise regarding purchasing walking shoes.

Great service today from Denise when I needed waterproof walking trainers. Really helpful and I'm pleased with my purchase as I walked through a lot of wet grass later. Jackie was very friendly and efficient on checkout. Thanks

Excellent customer service received on returning a pair of trainers that were too tight, Celeste went over and above to help and make sure I was able to find an alternative, nothing was too much trouble, Matt was great dealing with the return and new purchase transaction, all
In all a great experience and rare to find these days, big thanks to Celeste and Matt at the Ipswich Whitehouse store.

I was looking for hiking boots at short notice to do a day hike that would involve scrambling, and probable wet weather.
Belle, one of the Go Outdoor Customer Service Team at Ipswich, helped me through the process. She was informative, gave good advice, choice of brands and gave me time. After trying on 3 pairs of walking shoes and leaving her recommendation till last, it was those I chose. The Merrills Speed Strike 2 hiking shoes (the most expensive pair out of the three). I wore them in at home for a few days and spent over 8 hours in them up and down an elevation of 3,800 ft approximately and completed my hike.
Result:- No blisters, just achy feet afterwards but hey they are definitely broken in now!
Thank you Belle for all your helpful advice.

Thanks to Belle for all her help today with out walking boots purchase, she was very helpful, much appreciated, well done

Huge store - great selection & friendly staff !

Emma helped us with trying on several walking boots and gave some sound guidance in choosing my Scarpa Rangers ..!

Thank you

Great range of products to suit all budgets, loads of brands stocked

Denise and Matt were both very knowledgeable and helpful

The assistant I was served by, Belle was knowledgeable and very helpful. She approached me when she noticed I was looking around and was very friendly. She asked whether I needed a waterproof shoe and once I answered no she brought out the lighter mesh shoe. She checked my shoes fitted properly and brought two pairs to me. She took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and I made the purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience. A delightful member of staff.

Denise at the Ipswich branch was super helpful today and really took time to help me choose some walking boots and seamless socks for an up-and-coming trip.

Celeste was very helpful in choosing a pair of Merrill boots and Laura sorted my check out without any queuing. Excellent service.

Excellent service. Lots of useful information and very polite. Thank you Belle 🙂

Matt served us on the till. Lovely guy helped with all out queries. Issabelle is a newer member of the team. Honestly will be heading back to see them again. Bought more than we intended!

Went to purchase some boots. Dani was really helpful (and patient) whilst I tried on a few pairs with some helpful advice as well. Many thanks

Easy to order and delivery to store on time

Very poor haven't received the items yet.

Helpful and friendly staff with a specific mention to Denise, Dani and Aiesha. Good product range.

Denise at Ipswich was extremely helpful and gave great advice on walking boots including correct sizing and type of boot. The staff were vey helpful including Roxy on the till.

Good choice of walking boots. Unfortunately my preferred choice of a Size 10 from the display was not in stock.
Staff have to be found to obtain your choice, but were very helpful once located. I was offered sizes either side but were not a comfortable fit. Found two possible alternatives on display but lower quality. However one pair was a good fit and the competitive price overcame my slight concerns and urgent replacement. Membership was a no brainer and checkout swift.
It would be helpful when looking for the stores on TrustPilot to list them alphabetically. (Ipswich - Adam, Aiesha and Matt)

It was the first time I had visited a Go Outdoors store and was impressed with the choice of items available to suit all budgets. I purchased some walking shoes and the sale assistants Denise and Nicole were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely visit again.
