My husband and I visited the Farnborough Store today and were served by LUKE. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant young man. If only more shop assistants were like him.

I visited Farnborough today for a few items for an upcoming bike packing trip. Luke directed me expertly to what I needed (quick drying lightweight T’s and trousers). I had bought membership very recently, which was not easy to verify at first, but he knew the system well to help me pay at membership price. Thank you

Refund processed fully and professionally
I bought a GPS unit online from Ultimate Outdoors, and the unit proved to be faulty. As UO no longer exists, I had to work with Go Outdoors to get a refund. After a bit of back and forth with customer services they told me to go into a shop to try and sort it out. I went into the Farnborough store where Tracy was brilliant! She listened to the concern and understood what to do. She spoke to a couple of people at customer services and got the whole refund sorted out without any drama. Many thanks Tracy!
