A coat was not available in the color we wanted from our local store, so ordered online and collected from that store. Very easy and convenient to use. Good service.

Poor experience ordering online
Poor experience ordering online. Used the collect option at the store, but the status never changed from ‘we are preparing your order’ in the store app. The website very much discourages coming down until a pickup confirmation was received, so didn’t feel great going down to the store to enquire.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive any communications from us in relation to your order’s collection status. We have identified an issue with email communications not being received by some customers. This is being addressed as a priority to help prevent further disappointment. We can see that your order has now been collected from the selected collection address.
We are saddened to learn that that our website did not make you feel great about visiting the store before receiving the email to advise that the order is ready to collect. This is intended to prevent our customer's making wasted visits and we apologise that you were left feeling this way. This is not the level of service that we aim to provide.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We really do appreciate it and utilise your comments to make improvements to the shopping experience offered to our customers.
Kind regards,
GO Outdoors Customer Care Team
Alix was so helpful
Alix was so helpful, I had spent weeks searching through the internet and been to various bike shops for them to say I couldn’t get a child bike seat for my bike, Alix fitted one in 10 minutes.
Such a kind and helpful person
Thank you

Camping chairs had been used!
We visited the Exeter store and purchased 2 x Kentucky chairs. Unfortunately when we got home we realised that the chairs had been used. They were covered in grass and one chair had a child's sticker on it.

Sofiia could not have been more helpful
Having had great service from Lewis yesterday in buying a pair of walking boots, I came back again today for a pair of summer trainers. Sofiia could not have been more helpful, cheerfully rushing to get various sizes and models from the store for me and for three other customers at the same time, and also providing knowledgeable advice! Going by my experience, the staff are great ambassadors for the business!
