Called in to get a coat for a boat trip. Quality, choice and prices were good. We were served by Cheryl who was wonderful, so friendly and helpful, an absolute credit to your store.

The store is well set out, space to walk between rows too. A good range of clothing and outdoor accessories. Good to be a member as member prices are best. Cheryl on the till was very helpful indeed. Thank you.

We were greeted by Cheryl on the way into store and she offered our very nervous dog a biscuit. She was so friendly. We looked around the store and got what we needed.We made our way back to the tills to be greeted again by Cheryl. She made a fuss in a nice way of our Labrador again and was so gentle and kind as we explained she is a rescue dog but Cheryl already knew that from her vast Experience with rescue Labradors. Cheryl made sure we had everything we required and told us to have a nice day! What a lovely refreshing change to have such a lovely person to chat to and sharing her knowledge.Cheryl really is an asset to your store.

Go Outdoors at Berwick has a great selection of camping equipment and clothing, the staff are really friendly, especially the lovely Cheryl on checkout.

I found what I wanted quickly and without fuss. There were two assistants around to help if required. I was served by Cheryl at the till. No problems at all, and we had a pleasant conversation until another customer arrived to pay. It was nice to get the human touch and Cheryl is a credit to your company.

Didn't have my card but assistant was vert helpful and tracked my card details without any fuss .

I visited GoOutdoors at Berwick yesterday to change a pair of walking trousers. There was a good selection of sizes to make things easy.
I was served at the till by Mark who was helpful and patient.
Always have a good shopping experience at this shop.

Cheryl was very friendly and her lady colleague too. We got everything we came for and more. Saved us a bit of money too as we didnt know we could get discount on our caravan card! The dog was happy to get some treats and water and special attention. Thank you😀

Helpful staff. Reasonable range of products. Excellent location, particularly being here in the Berwick / Scottish Borders area - a long trip to any of the cities is quite a schlep.
Also local knowledge and advice is very welcome - good restaurants etc. - thank's Cheryl that one in Castlegate was first class.
