They just took a order and not placed any service buddy. Total waste of time.

Very very bad service by go mechanic. Helper so called mechanic were not skilled for any service. They make my bill in 6 figures amount. They will send you wassap every day once you leave car at their place for parts replacement. Most of parts their worker brake themselves. I recently service' my skoda they made complete ecm and wiring maintenence as they mentioned in bill l but every 500 mtrs car stopped. There is smoke from engine likely to catch fire. Most worst part service buddy assigned to me who will never come to workshop to see what's the shit going on. Only on calls go mechanic helper will give him information as they like.
My car damaged more now who is going to be responsible ?

I recently had my car serviced through Gomechanic. They picked it up from my home on Monday and returned it on Saturday—almost six days later. Initially, they sent a quotation of Rs. 34,500, citing multiple damaged items. I opted for a normal service and clutch replacement for Rs. 21,000. Despite repeated follow-ups with their agent and customer support regarding the higher quote, I received no proper response.

After the service, when I tested the car, it now sounds like a 20-year-old vehicle, with heavy noise and shaking while starting or stopping. Before the service, the car was smooth with no jerks. Spending Rs. 21,000 for this result has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gomechanic.

They use 3 grade products and won’t call back ever if you raised a complain.

Big Frauds, they charged me 78000 for my Honda WRV in December 2024 and they said that they need to change most of the Parts, I paid 78000 and since then I have been facing issues with Gear Shifting, in-spite of several complaints they kept on telling stories that Clutch Plate and Pressure Plate is new so Gear will be ok in sometime, The Problem continued and Gear became harder, finally I had to give my car to another garage where they fixed the issue and confirmed that no suspension and soccer has been changed but Go Mechanic Charged me for the Suspension.
Imagine the level of Frauds they are, cheating people. They take the car and then give a huge budget depending on the client profile.
Do not Trust this Garage and Go Mechanic at all...Big time Frauds..
I am going to get Bunch of negative reviews added to their Profile and will keep doing negative publicity unless they fix my Problem.

Very bad experience, GoMechanic buddy was rude and not showing interest in work or not trying to understand problem. They pasted amseal to avoid oil leckage from engine chamber even after full engine work. Whole vehicle was making noice after the service. So many nuts was loosed. Never go for GoMechanic.

Every time car goes, service buddy never calls out because of lack of focus on cars assigned and they with a nexus with workshop comes up with not so required work with a big bang labour budget.

There spare parts are minimum 1.5x high compared to market rates of same brand and wait time is more than 3x if you get spare from them.

Worst is the guys asuthosh or even any guy from escalation so far are least bothered to even accountable for the job they are deputed to and completely understand the prey of workshop and service buddy.

No communication, only park the car, take clients for ransom with no to the point pain point address rather to save their face without even having to the point photos or videos to document things they keep on giving you a list which is not desirable in most of the times.

My car is standing for 2-3 pain points for which their half hearted diagnostics have given a opaque quote of some 37k. Strange is all in the system including escalation manager even dare to challenge the app rate visible for a particular work.

Management is busy in doing valuation game and team is so so over valued without knowledge and attitude full of arrogance, reaping.

UPDATE 1-Mar-2025:

One escalation guy named Sumeet called me and assured to take care of things by understanding the mental agony for a long period of time due to very very opaque practice of labour tariffs and timelines.

He was courteous and told me that he will get things rolling same day after having a word with the escalation manager mentioned above by keeping me in loop.

However so far I am awaiting to hear from the team what is the car is upto since it is almost 2 weeks car is standing still due to internal confusion and communication gap with the workshop, service buddy, app rates and others

I will keep the forum updated about how the situation handling is in progress by the concerned team of gonmechanic escalation team at the earliest

Had a terrible experience with GoMechanic. I called customer care to book a windshield replacement for my Mahindra Thar in Amritsar. They confirmed my appointment and sent me the shop address. However, when I tried to locate the shop using the address, it didn’t exist. Upon calling customer support again, they claimed there was no appointment under my number, and there is apparently no GoMechanic auto repair shop in Amritsar. Completely wasted my entire day! Extremely disappointed with the service.

No communication on query, escalation closed without any update. No way to connect with them post order.

I had the worst experience at Go Mechanic, and I strongly advise against depending on them for car repairs. I gave my car for repairs, and they charged me a staggering ₹1,20,000. To make matters worse, the parts used were duplicate and second-hand. Now, I’m left suffering with issues in my car, which is only 50,000 km old.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, and their lack of professionalism has left me highly disappointed. Think twice before trusting them with your vehicle—they are not worth the hassle or the money!"

Gomachanic FULL SCAM FRAUD COMPANY ! Not returning Money NOT Supplying the tryes for what we had paid for. Not replying on email and not even replying on twitter.
