Golden Sands Holiday Park, Rhyl Recenzje 

Very clean and secure caravan park, my caravan clean and tidy, no tolerance for noise and rowdy behaviour, will go again soon.

Excellent park and All the staff plus goldstars are great with children x

Brill holiday! Defo coming again

been going for 25 years always have a great time if there was anything i could change would be pool size capacity for a large park can be quite hard to get into swimming

our caravan was terrible the sliding doors wouldn't slide which wasn't to bad on the bedroom doors but the toilet one was a nightmare plus it was a disabled bathroom so the shower was a wet room and the floor was uneven so if we had a shower it would flood the caravan when we told the staff at the reception they just said "oh right were sorry about that" no we will sort this or anything

Great park loads to do when it's all open would benefit with something for teenagers. Would of liked to of had someone watching the park as alot of kids are there without any adults. Chippy is great,shop ok would be better if everything advertised was available. Perfect location for the beach and for all towyn has to offer.

Brilliant time good facilities well kept park

We stayed here with our 2 boys 7& 9months. We were in the bronze caravan which was surprisingly bigish for a standard very clean.. all i can say is wow we had a great stay food delicious the entertainment was brilliant all the staff were so friendly & polite.. we will definitely be staying here again in the future would highly reccomend.

I go golden sands every august i love going here with my children and family, staff are friendly, park is really clean & tidy, caravans are always clean on arrival, plenty of things to do on campsite such as arcade, park, swimming pool, entertainment on at night time and kids club threw the day, beach is right on doorstep, short walk into towyn. Would defo recommend staying here so great for families

Been coming here for years, my children have been coming since they were babys. Fantastic park and environment. I can not fault the staff, from reception, to bar staff to the amazing goldstars, even the maintenance men. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them. Fantastic place for everyone xx

On arriving we were early so had a walk until time to have keys. When we got the keys we found that we were right at the bottom of the park. The caravan was a silver 10 berth which was ok except for a few moths .When we unpacked we found that we were five pillows short so phoned and they bought us some . We were right next to a railway track and it was very noisy and as I am a light sleeper this was a problem also my 1 yr old grand daughter was kept awake by the trains. On the monday my son and wife took the children swimming and the the lady in the swimming pool was very rude to them and told the 9 yr old off this upset him and they got out of the water and never went swimming again. I went in to ask why we weren't informed where the caravan was before we booked it as we booked nearly 12 months in advance as my husband is 76 and has health problems which meant walking a long way difficult. I was told that is where the 10 berth are. If i had known I would have booked two smaller ones closer. However the camp has I think deteriated as they dont seem to get on top of drunks unruly kids and people shouting and spitting on the floor. The play area is not manned leaving it to parents to watch their children but this does not happen .I have been to this site many times and even thought of buying a caravan but because of I'll health this didn't happen but after this week i will not be returning to this site unless things are significantly improved.

The family enjoyed the holiday as usual , however we were very disappointed with the caravan. It was not cleaned properly which we reported to reception and i am not convinced that F1 is a silver rated caravan it was the worst van we have had in 8 years. :-Eg seat broken , floor coming up by toilet, doors draging on the floor. Not the usual std we have come to expect at Golden Sands for a silver van plus the £25 early check in fee.This is why i have only give the holiday 3 stars. Hope for better if we come next year. Love this place and staff kids loom forward to going every year

Our famy have been visiting golden sands every summer for the last 11 years and each year we love it more and more. We have already booked our next years holiday the staff are really lovely nothing is too much trouble the park its self is great there is always somthing to do we are right on the beach front which if the weather is nice is a fantastic view especially first thing in the morning. They have bingo everynight which I won twice 😁 and disco bingo for the kids which I love playing that too the swimming pool is great has a jacuzzi spa which the children can also use with adult supervision, so If your looking for a great caravan park to go then golden sands is the place to go.

We had a lovely time with very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Slight problem with Wi-Fi and late checkout wasn't logged, but that was quickly and easily sorted.

Had a great holiday and definitely coming again but if I could make some suggestions . As we was over the other end of the camp a park would be useful over there as the children have to walk so far for the park.

5th year here and it's absolutely amazing! Such friendly staff,delicious food,excellent accommodation and so much to do for the kids! Wouldn't go anywhere else now :)
