Ich bin bereits seit vier Jahren begeisterte Besitzerin eines Infrarot-Glätteisens von Golden Curl, das ich damals auf der FIBO gekauft habe. Ich war mit dem Gerät immer super zufrieden – umso ärgerlicher war es, als es vor etwa drei Wochen plötzlich einen Defekt hatte. Es wurde nicht mehr richtig heiß und auf dem Display erschien immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung.

Also habe ich mich an Golden Curl gewandt – und was dann passiert ist, hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht! ❤️

Obwohl ich nach vier Jahren keinen Kaufbeleg mehr hatte, war Golden Curl unglaublich kulant und kundenorientiert. Zum Glück konnte mein damaliger Instagram-Post vom Kauf als Nachweis dienen. Mir wurde daraufhin für lediglich 25 € ein Ersatzgerät angeboten.

Die gesamte Abwicklung war unkompliziert, professionell, schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Und das Beste: Bereits zwei Tage später hielt ich mein neues Glätteisen in den Händen! 😍

Genau so stelle ich mir guten Kundenservice vor! Wenn ein Unternehmen auch nach vier Jahren noch so kundenorientiert und kulant handelt, ist das für mich definitiv ein Grund, wieder dort zu kaufen.

Une vendeuse m’a interpellée pour essayer le boucleur. J’ai voulu essayer et je peux dire que les boucles ne tiennent pas , de plus de la fumée s’échappait de mes cheveux et ils sentaient le brûlé alors le fameux «  ça n’abîme pas les cheveux, protecteur de chaleur gnagnagna » c’est totalement faux. De plus , un peu de logique , ils utilisent un marketing visant à mettre la pression sur le client en créant une réduction temporaire pour pousser à acheter dans la précipitation, la vendeuse m’a aussi montrer les avis positifs sur trustpilot pour essayer de mon convaincre de l’acheter. Connaissant ces techniques de marketing je me suis renseignée et bien évidement il s’agit belle et bien d’une arnaque. Ouvrez les yeux ce qui est trop beau n’existe pas , surtout lorsque le sujet est la vente.

der Lockenstab ist eine Zumutung . Seit 2024 habe ich das 5. Gerät immer mit dem selben Fehler. Es schaltet ab und heizt einfach nicht mehr weiter. Habe zwar ein neues Gerät erhalten, aber bei dem Preis ist das kein Zustand dass nach 5-8 Monaten das Gerät defekt ist. Was passiert wenn die 5 Jahre Garantie rum sind. Also dringend Hände weg von diesem Gerät

I am very disappointed with this product and the company's customer service. I bought the Golden Curl iRossi 2 after watching a convincing demo, and was told it would be easy to use, even without much experience. In reality, my hair became frizzy again very quickly, and the results did not last. It also required more skill than advertised. When I asked about a refund, I was told that refunds are not offered, only exchanges, something that was not made clear at the point of sale. This policy feels misleading, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product or this company.

Unfortunately, my hair straightener broke down nine months after I bought it. I contacted customer service. The person who handled my case was attentive and very professional. A replacement straightener was sent to my home very quickly. I am very satisfied.

Gekocht in Düsseldorf bij een Stand. €280 betaald voor stijltang, masker en krultang. Eenmaal thuis werkt het gewoon niet. De tang wordt erg heet en ik heb meerdere brandwonden op mijn gezicht.

Ik heb al een mail gestuurd naar de organisatie....maar ik krijg geen reactie!!!

Mein Glätteisen hatte nach einem Jahr ein Wackelkontakt. Habe mich darauf beim Kundenservice gemeldet. Musste daraufhin den Kaufbeleg und ein Video des Mangels schicken.
Hab sofort ein neues Glätteisen bekommen.

Total schnell, super und unkompliziert.

I have been using my Golden Curl 2 for about two years and have always been very happy with it. Unfortunately, it recently stopped working.

After contacting customer service, I was amazed by how well they handled the situation. For only €25, I received a brand-new replacement device. The entire process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.

I am once again enjoying my Golden Curl 2 and am very pleased with both the product and the outstanding service.

Le piastre i rossi sono speciali,sono una parrucchiera professionale e le consiglio a tutte le mie clienti...addio ai capelli indisciplinati,i capelli restano lucidissimi e le piege durano tantissimo ❤️

Ho avuto un problema con un ferro acquistato 4 mesi fai all'interno di un set completo li ho contattati e nel giro di 4 giorni mi hanno inviato l'intero set sono stati super professionali cordiali

Der Frisierstab macht super haltbare Locken. Ich benutze ihn seit Jahren. Leider heizt er oft schon nach 2/3 Jahren nicht mehr richtig auf. Der Umtausch innerhalb der 5 Jahresgarantie geht schnell und unkompliziert. Nur leider muss man 25 € Bearbeitungsgebühr bezahlen.

I just bought the irossi new generation. Great customer service via email, I struggled about irossi 2.0 or new generation. I got good advices.
Hopefully it will work a long time…
