Golden Curl Recenzje 1224

I went yesterday to a summer fayre in The Netherlands (Libelle zomerweek) and came across Golden Curl. A very friendly English speaking guy convinced my sister and me about the new infrared curler and straightener and at the end of the day we bought a curler asking again if this was an infrared one which he confirmed. Today reading into this product I realised he sold us a standard curler and not the infrared one. When we went back, quite a journey but we felt so cheated, he denied he had told us the curler was infrared technology, only the straightener. We knew he was trying to talk himself out of it and he got really furious and walked away to the manager. Another member of staff told us again it was an infrared one. When the manager confirmed that while the website says something different she gave us our money back and when I confronted her with the fact that everyone tells us something else she told us she would talk to the company. When we left I checked and the straightener they are selling is also not infrared. They are lying and trying to get rid of old models. I felt very unsatisfied even though I had my money back and was disappointed with myself I didn’t warn other customers.
Very disappointing a luxury brand like that has to treat their customers like this. Who can you trust?

Horrible j ai acheter dans le centre commercial ville 2 sur Charleroi Belgique en date du 10 octobre 2025 , je pensais faire une affaire la personne tres gentille fait l essai sur le stand revie j achete le coffret pink lisseur et boucleur pour 200 euros !!
Je l utilise pratiquement tout les jours et hier il me fait sauter mes plombs
Resultat il ne s allume plus..
Impossible de prendre contact avec la société, le stand n est plus la.
Vraiment je ne recommande pas 😡😡😡

Piastra fantastica

Ho avuto un problema con la piastra acquistata, in pochi giorni ho avuto risposta dall'azienda Golden Curl sono stati velocissimi, professionali, gentili e mi hanno rispedito il prodotto nuovo con degli omaggi. Sono cliente da molti anni e le loro piastre sono le migliori che io abbia mai provato. Ad oggi sono a quota 3 piastre e 1 phon Golden Curl. Sicuramente ne acquisterò altre. Grazie mille.

I returned a faulty pair o straighteners under guarantee and they were replaced. Very good communication.

Der Ablauf war insgesamt leider etwas mühsam. Trotz eines klaren Gewährleistungsfalls wurde zunächst versucht, eine Aktivierungsgebühr von 25 € zu verlangen, und auch die Rücksendekosten wurden trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht erstattet. Der Prozess war dadurch unnötig kompliziert und wenig kundenfreundlich.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch, dass ich am Ende ein Ersatzgerät erhalten habe – das Glätteisen selbst ist wirklich super und absolut zu empfehlen. Beim Kundenservice besteht aus meiner Sicht noch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial in Richtung Transparenz und Kundenorientierung.

Die einfache Abwicklung der Reklamation war total toll weniger teurer, dass das Gerät nach einiger Zeit defekt war

De Golden curl styltang samen met de hair mask no rinse gekocht op de Huishoudbeurs.
Wat een waanzinnige combinatie, mijn krullende haar blijft nu dagen lang gestyled I.p.v. dat het na een dag gaat pluizen.
De pot met hair mask zie ik helaas niet meer als te koop staan.
Ik ben een groot fan😍
