Joel and the moving team made such a big difference. They’re the fastest and most efficient team, while taking excellent care of my fragile items. I would never use another service after them!

Great company and great workers. They were able to accommodate a last minute move easily.

I would recommend to anyone considering a move

Have done several moves in the last 10 years but never had such a traumatic experience. I booked flex for full service move with 4 people, only 2 turned and then 3rd person joined later, 4th never came.
1. They damaged my floors, no protection was used.
2. There was only one active person, the second guy had heart issues and could not loft any weight. The person only spoke in Spanish that I can't speak so it was all translated on mobile. Kept calling their call center who kept saying area manager will call, who did not call until 11pm at night
3. They got a small trailer in spote of knowing my requirements.
4. They could only complete 30% of move, left all the stuff in my last house that I had to vacate next day. At night, 11pm Area Manager called and said we will do it tomorrow morning. At 10am on Saturday, the manager called and said sorry we have no staff, so we give up and I will have to get new movers. Being a month end, left me with no choice, finally I had to pay double the amount and hire people and take a U haul to do the move myself.
5. Whatever was moved, 90% of stuff is damaged.
6. Claim team is unresponsive and they have a strange policy to pay by the weight, they offered me after one and a half month off r r of just $400 that does not even cover the cost of a single item they damaged.
7. I have reported and contested the claim, now it is 2 months and they dont have it resolved.

I never like to write bad reviews about especially small size business but I have never such a bad experience and finally decided to write it so people dont fall in their trap.
This is very unresponsive, poor customer service and mismanaged company.
PLEASE DONT USE THEM, YOU WILL HAVE SAME EXPREINCE HIGHLY NOT REXOMMENDED

The experience with Flex was AMAZING! The movers were friendly and hardworking. I would use FLEX again for my moving needs.

My movers were amazing - Omar and Akeem. They did a phenomenal job loading and unloading all our stuff. They took great care to wrap certain items and ensure nothing was damaged.

The movers showed up and did the job with time to spare. They were precise, careful with my belongings and were very cordial l. I would absolutely use this serve again. Especially since I was in a bind and needed help on the same day and they provided it.

Beware, Beware, Beware, nightmare, DO NOT USE FLEX MOVING AND STORAGE. They sent two old guys in their 50’s and a small trailer and pickup truck. One little short guy and one very tall guy with a bad back. What should have taken 3 to 4 hours took 6. I blocked my cc and they said, you can reach out to claims department by email. ( Like they would actually do anything) Miami based company, should have known better. Paid extra to wrap my mattresses, did not, drugged them on the ground, tore it and then literally, bled blood on it from his cut hand. I have pictures. Gross, disgusting, no gloves, did not wrap a thing. Piled my box springs in the back of his truck and threw my patio furniture on top of it and tore it. Could not get all my furniture and left it at the house. Now I have to hire another company to come in and move the rest. Stupid on my part to trust an internet company, BIG MISTAKE. Never again, use local people, make sure they are BBB rated, and have them come to your home for a quote. Do not be fooled by their low prices, there is a reason why. Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional. Took a dump in my master bathroom, before they started to move anything and never asked. That’s my bathroom, could have asked and I would have sent him to the guest bathroom. Did this twice!!!! What a freaking disaster.

If I could give zero stars I would. They call me Sunday night at 10pm before my move that was scheduled on Monday morning at 8am saying they don’t have trucks and need to reschedule a week later. No notice at all - I’m furious and now scrambling to find another mover before my close date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The crew that showed up did an excellent job in moving our household items. Totally work together as a team and took care of us very very well. Highly highly recommend this company to move your personal belongings

Best move EVER! Everyone I worked with, from getting a quote, to booking and scheduling the move, to final payment, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The movers picking up,and the movers dropping off were professional, helpful snd easy to work with. 5 stars ALL THE WAY !!!! Definitely will recommend to anyone making a move. Thanks guys!!

We recently used Flex movers to unload our pod containers. The scheduling process was quick, easy and adaptive to our schedule. We had a short time window to have the containers emptied and ready to be picked up on Monday morning. Two movers, Glenn and Troy were awesome! We had 2 16ft containers full with our 4 bedroom household. They were prompt, courteous, patient and very helpful. With their help both containers were unpacked and into our new home within the 2.5 hour time frame, that would have taken quite some time with just my husband and myself. Using Flex took some stress off of our cross country military move, highly recommend!

I used this company, they gave me a written estimate with timeframe. The movers took 15mins breaks every other 15mins, then it started raining so it was then a safety issue. They called their manager & my time was paused until they could resume work (LIE). When it was time to unload I was given a completely different number ($400 more)..and was told "well they can't unload until payment is received). Broke & damaged several items. After I paid in full, for the next 3 days they attemped to bill my card an additional 3 times. I lock my card to block any/all unauthorized transactions... but what if I couldn't....would I ever see my money back? I would stay away from this company. They were professional until they didn't need to be. UPDATE- I did contact Flex Moving after this review PER THEIR REQUEST w/my confirmation# BUT THEY "NEVER" RESPONDED. This company is only professional until they don't need to be.

I will be booking again. Great customer service. I scheduled a same day moving job and the mover got the job done by himself

We waited 7 hrs and no one showed up. Rescheduled for the following day and 2 old guys in a beat up truck showed up, said the job was too big and left. Worst moving company experience I've ever had. Shameful

We used flex movers and storage to move my daughter’s furniture and items from her one bedroom apartment to storage. The movers Everette and Justin were nice friendly prompt and efficient. I didn’t have any issues with contracting with the company and they followed up with me as needed. It was a good experience.

We moved a two bedroom apartment into a new home and needed to be out fast. With a two person crew, they moved efficiently and provided nothing short of professional service and with a smile on their face. I had two big fish tanks and heavy furniture, and they reassured me that they would use delicate maneuvers and proper lifting. I was billed exactly what I was told. I would be billed and I will be passing the companies named down to anybody who needs moving services . I will be using again!

I call my resentative four times. he never returned my call. He gave me a choice.wednesday or friday. I picked wednesday. I signed,it said july 15. At the top was the typo , it said 16th.i even called that morning , they said they would be there 11am. Never showed. It was for thursday. I never could get in touch with felix. Call Felx for confirmation.never turn my call.he never was available. I ask for supervisor they couldn't seem to find him..
I just read about Flex , they're not accredited by the BBB. I'm not sure they'll show up today.$150 booking fee refunded if I didn't cancel. As far as i'm concerned , I think I have a booking fee too , which is $150. They did not live up to their promise so I feel they also owe me $150. I feel the customer service was unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience with Flex Moving and would not recommend their service.
The crew was unprofessional, careless and rude. They did not use moving blankets to protect my furniture and did not bring sufficient equipment, such as the appropriate dollies, to perform the move safely and efficiently. They even complained that my furniture was too heavy, even though moving heavy furniture is exactly why I hired a professional moving company. As a result of their careless handling and lack of proper protection, several pieces of my furniture were bumped and damaged.
After unloading my belongings at my new home, the crew left without placing the furniture in the designated rooms or reassembling and setting it up as expected. Instead, nearly everything was left piled in one room, leaving my home in disarray. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company and request that they complete the work, I received no response, and no one ever returned.
To make matters worse, the crew worked for only about 4½ hours but charged me for six hours of labor and required me to pay the full amount before the job was completed. I paid for a professional moving service but did not receive the complete service that was promised.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend Flex Moving. I expected professional movers to complete the job they were hired to do, handle my belongings with care, communicate honestly, and honor their commitments. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
