The people on reception, the nurses & the vets are all so very friendly & helpful, I visit them on a regular basis with my cat & I always feel confident she will be well treated

Very helpful advice and full explanation of the conditions my aging cat is experiencing. Kindness and friendliness to both animals and humans shown from all staff from reception on arrival to knowledgeable veterinary.

Easy to book an appointment quickly and the staff are lively. I’ve been with Goddard for many years and always find them affordable.

Alex at Epsom Downs surgery is an amazing vet. He is so caring of any animal you take to see him and goes above and beyond to ensure that the experience is a positive one. He takes time to fully explain things and listens to you. Always giving a detailed run down of the treatment plan. I totally recommend this particular vet.

I’ve been going to this practice for a long time. They have over the years treated my dogs and cats with great sensitivity. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Andrea the Italian vet always very practical and never tries to oversell me treatments.

Amazing vets- compassionate and supportive.

I was about half an hour early for my appointment for my female cat, but i was seen at my actual appointment. The lady that saw my cat for a consultation was quite caring and understanding of my cat’s condition. I did think my consultation fee was a bit expensive as Im on universal credit but she is worth it .
