I don't even know where to start...have…
I don't even know where to start...have reported to the Ombudsman, one problem after another., recieved the Vauxhall Crossland in November and the oil light was on, filled it up for a couple of months and knew something wasn't right, took it to a garage and it was the wetbelt, which was fixed after 2 days, but took 5 weeks to get payment from The World of Cars as it had gone bust. Oil light and engine came back on and took it for an independent diagnostic test at main dealership. Was told it was burning through oil on the pistons and a new engine was needed at the cost of 7&8 thousand pound, after I phoned to log this, had to phone back after a week to find out the system was down, my insurance informed me that a red warning light meant that any point the engine could seize and could potentially cause a catastrophic accident and further informed, you have a legal requirement to make sure you're car is roadworthy or would get a fine, points on your licence and prosecuted if driven. I couldn't keep reiterating the same thing to Gocarcredit.com that the car is now SORN as it legally can't be driven and I wasn't prepared to take it anywhere for it to be looked at again as my insurance was now cancelled.
After no communication and then literally being blamed for this situation, and Tom Landers blocking me and said "You're just out of the 6 months warranty!"
I cancelled my payments, the car has been sat on my drive since May and all I get is threatening phone calls from the fraud department and emails saying, " I have to have insurance on it!"
I have been driving for over 20 years and take the wetbelt situation on the chin, will know for next time not to go near a Ford or Vauxhall. I understand the cost of car maintenance and wasn't informed that only one key would be supplied and paid for another myself and had front and rear dashcams put in, but I did say to John when I phoned up about the wetbelt "There's something not right with this car" I am no mechanic but when you're told by the Main Vauxhall dealership that a new engine is needed and told by my insurance company, if I drive that car my insurance will be cancelled and I could be prosecuted by the police, This is not a reputable company. I feel completely and utterly scammed.

After my car suffered a snapped cambelt just four months into my finance agreement, I found myself in an incredibly stressful and worrying situation. I genuinely wasn't sure how the matter would be resolved, but I want to express my sincere thanks to the finance company, and especially to my case handler, Michelle.
From the beginning, Michelle treated me with professionalism, empathy, and respect. She took the time to listen to my concerns, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my case was handled thoroughly and fairly. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt that my concerns were being taken seriously.
While I wouldn't wish the experience of a major vehicle failure on anyone, the way my case was dealt with restored my confidence. A difficult situation was resolved professionally, and I'm genuinely grateful for the support I received.
Michelle is a real credit to the company, and I want to thank her personally for all of her hard work and dedication. Outstanding customer service can make all the difference, and that's exactly what I experienced.
I highly recommend this finance company! 10/10
