Just wanted to say a hug thank you to your and your team for a fantastic party at GOALS yesterday.

The coaching staff were fabulous, engaging and fun, the food was great and the bar and front of house staff really friendly and super helpful.

Happy boys all round (and mummy for stress free party!)

I play 2-3 times a week at goals Tolworth , the stuff ( a part of the tow girls ) included the manager are extremely unprofessional and lazy, the bathrooms are extremely dirty and no water pressure it’s nightmare the take a shower after a game , just the one at the very end I think is number 5 is in a good order but they always keep it locked and when I ask them to open it the answer is that the manager doesn’t allow them because they are lazy to clean it after . I think when you pay for their service you have to get something in return at least to have a pleasant shower after a game. They close the bar when ever they want just because they are too lazy to do washing up after . Extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the general manager, Ali, at Goals Beckenham.

During our game, six unidentified males who were not playing football and appeared to be spectating walked onto the pitch while the game was still in progress. One of the men threatened me, saying, “I will get you after the game, watch your back.” I felt threatened and was concerned for my safety. Despite the situation, the general manager, Ali, continued to allow the six men to remain on the pitch even after things had calmed down.

Immediately after the game, I raised my concerns with Ali. Rather than addressing what had happened, I felt that he repeatedly interrupted me and spoke to me in a hostile and dismissive manner. During the conversation, Ali also compared the threat of a six-month-old baby to the threat posed by the group of six adult men who had entered the pitch.  

I asked Ali to explain the complaints procedure so that I could formally raise my concerns. He threw his hands in the air, said, “Forget about it,” and laughed. I find this extremely disappointing. No customer should have to feel unsafe or intimidated while playing a game they have paid for, or when raising a legitimate safety concern with management.  

My team members and I have been attending Goals Beckenham for over 10 years, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I expected professional, respectful and appropriate handling of a serious concern, but that was not my experience.  

Based on how this situation was handled, I would not recommend this establishment.

My son got an elbow to the nose today and Megan at Goals couldn’t have been more brilliant. She calmly administered first aid and made sure the (gushing) bleed was stable before we took him to hospital. Big shout out to Megan - you were fantastic! 🙏🏻

We recently had my son’s 6th birthday party at Goals Northampton and it was absolutely brilliant! ⚽️

A huge shoutout to our host, Caius, who was exceptional from start to finish. Friendly, accommodating and so engaging with all the kids. Somehow keeping a group of excited 6-year-olds entertained deserves a medal in itself 😂

The parents v kids match was absolutely epic and probably brought out a little more competitive spirit from the adults than we’d care to admit!

Everything felt relaxed, well organised and most importantly, the kids had the best time.

Thank you Caius and the Goals Northampton team for making his birthday such a special one. Would absolutely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Goal southside - Glasgow - Shawlands

Worst function venue

From start to finish the venue was an absolute disgrace.
The DJ that was supplied by goals and paid for by ourselves came and set up to then tell us her speaker weren't working so we had no music for the first hour and a half of the evening, the DJ spent more time outside smoking her vape than she did inside no interaction with the guest no consistency with the music she just seemed to play what ever her finger came to on her laptop, she had no disco lights so there was no atmosphere set for the evening on the venue for people to enjoy getting up and dancing to.
Now onto the bar, the glasses that they where serving drinks in were absolutely filthy wine glasses and champagne floats all with lipstick marks still on the rim, they then seemed to be making up prices in there heads as everytime you went to the bar for the same round it was a different price, I had forgot to order a drink and asked for a pink gin and tonic and was charged £8 for a single and a small bottle of tonic when I checked the price on the price listed that was advertised on the bar it had said £5 something I challenge the bar staff to then be told the price list was out of date.
The bar staff where rude and had no customer service they never smiled or seemed to be happy their faces tripped them the full night.
Now the toilet (mens) they where absolutely disgusting and the bars manager kept going in with a bucket and a brush Asif he was unblocking or empty something as he kept coming back out with the bucket full of dirty water.
The over all venue did look like it had been cleaned what do ever everything was sticky and just very unclean looking.
At the end of the night we cleared all the hall of all the decorations etc and the next day got a call to say a box of football cards hand been taken, I found out from family that my young nephew who is 4 took a packet as he thought they where free as they where the world cup football cards that all the supermarkets are now handing out for nothing as the football has ended they charged us £20 saying it was a full box which is completely false.
I would not recommend goals southside to anyone it's an absolute disgrace of a function suite and needs staff who know what their doing and cleaner who can give the place a good clean.

With the World Cup around the corner, we want to acknowledge the outstanding support shown by Mo, Joe, and the entire Goals team. Your professionalism and care help hold this community together during difficult moments. Your efforts do not go unnoticed — it’s time the big bosses recognised your value.

We hold an annual company football tournament here and it always runs seamlessly. The team at Goals are great with high energy and are super helpful. We will be back again next year!

We couldn't play, the person in charge there denied our team to play because one of the lads was pissed.

We recently had our son’s 10th birthday party at this venue and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From weeks before the event, PJ (the manager) was incredibly helpful, taking the time to speak with me over the phone to organise everything. He was friendly, professional and genuinely reassuring - especially as I hadn’t even visited the venue in person beforehand. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly. PJ was attentive and accommodating throughout, making sure every detail was taken care of. He was supported by a young member of staff (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name), who was equally fantastic, efficient, and proactive in helping things run seamlessly.

The food was perfectly timed and everything arrived just as planned, which made a big difference to the flow of the party. What really stood out though, was the clear respect between PJ and his team. It was lovely to see such a positive working dynamic, with mutual respect going both ways - it’s something you don’t come across often and it really showed in the quality of service.

Overall, the party was a huge success and we had such a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a children’s party.

Paid a deposit for a year and a half’s time function but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances they promised me to refund the £100 but have not received a penny they just keep coming up with excuses better off avoiding

Changing rooms and shower facilities in poor conditions and extremely cold in winter. Finding hot water to shower can be a bit of a gamble.
The football pitches are not kept to the best standard and in some courts the surface is not even, which can have a negative impact on athletes joints and to stay injury free.
On a positive note, The location is convenient and with large car park

My son’s 6 birthday party today, it was amazing every thing sorted and kids had the best time. Will definitely book for another party. Big thanks to Sam and Kyle. After being told by friends it’s a good place to book. Was definitely pleased with my experience today

Had my daughters 18th party at goals Sat 7th Feb. The venue was perfect to accomodate our needs, staff were super friendly and helpful, from making us coffees whilst we were setting up and decorating, to asking if we need anything and ensuring everything ran smoothly on the night. Highly recommend using Goals for a function of any kind and will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

We hired the bar for a 60th party and it was an amazing evening. The staff were kind, helpful and very professional and happy to help with absolutely everything. Highly recommended.

I’m genuinely lost for words. Mo and the entire team at Heathrow Goals have consistently delivered an exceptional service to me and my football colleagues. From the moment our team members walk through the doors, we’re greeted with a warm smile and a level of professionalism that sets the tone for the whole experience.
The pay‑as‑you‑go system is effortless, the facilities are spotless, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. This is now our second year at Heathrow Goals, and with the World Cup around the corner, AFC couldn’t have chosen a better venue to host our mini‑tournaments.
A huge thank you to Mo, Dan, PK, Sapphire, and anyone else I may have missed. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the fantastic work — you’ve earned our loyalty.

This year joined goals because they have re started there ladies league with a passion. Kev who runs the league is kind, passionate, and such a nice guy. He really cares about the women’s game and pushing it at goals. Goals Southampton has had a refurb since I was last there and it looks so much better, modern with plenty of screens to watch sports and a great choice of drinks. Would recommend!

My Son had his 11th Birthday at Sunderland Goals on Saturday.
His first ever Birthday Party, and it did not disappoint.
He was able to have a fantastic tike with his friends playing football.
The staff were excellent, they have everything covered so parents don't have to worry about a thing.
From the organised football fun to the food and Birthday cake.
I wouod definitely recommend it and would 100% do it again.
