Complete scam, if you don't believe me try going on their page and try to look for the support number. It autodials 11111. They took about $200 from me but I'm in the process of getting it disputed. They also bugged my phone and could be doing more without me knowing. These people are scum. Don't trust this website.

Horrible! I wanted to make a return of something that was not even opened and they never even responded to my request. LITERALLY closed the ticket without even telling me. I don't care who you use, but DON'T use this company!

Placed order on 01/07/2023. I received a tracking number that’s says label created. That was 20 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. They took my money pretty quick though. Do not trust this site !!!!!!

Don’t do business with them. I was going to order wheel well liners for $139.00. They wanted close to $700.00 for shipping! Complete rip off !

The return policy is absurd. Further, if you attempt to contact them following the absurdly short return period, they won't return your emails.

I bought two parts, and one part came with the other. It wasn't clear in the assembly drawing, so I ordered both thinking I could return one. I was wrong.

Incorrect part sent, tried to return with ZERO response over the past month. Find another place to purchase. Scam artists.

Fraud and a Scam. There is no phone number on their website to call for problems. The Air Cleaner Housing I ordered for a C6 Corvette was broken in two pieces when delivered. I sent it back and the 2nd one was broken too - they simply sent the original broken housing right back to me. I received only an email with a tracking number from CLARK CHEVROLET PARTS in McAllen, TX. The box had the dealer name on it when the broken pieces were delivered both times, so I am disputing the credit card charge.

I order a flare extension for 2013 corvette . I received what appears to be an outside mirror for truck. I have e-mail multiple times and get no response. I am out nearly $100

I ordered a right side diode light for my 2016 XTS. The packaging appeared to as if it was used. When I installed the part my driver light was full "yellowish." I email imparts and expressed my concerns and they told me they would ship another one out. Three weeks past I email the requesting the status. The requested a picture of what I was talking about. They responded sending me a diagram of the light an wiring. So, I thank them for the diagram and inquired about the replacement. No response to date. The light went out in less than 6 months. I wished I would have just got it from the dealer. The dealer was about $40 more.

site list parts. lets you complete checkout. takes your money. then emails you to let you know parts are discontinued. now you have to fight to get your money back. Should update site and quit taking money for parts they no longer carry. Now I have to wait longer for my money than they promised shipping on parts they do not have.

My received my initial order message on 24 Oct 2021 from GM Parts Online. My parts were ordered Oct 25, 2021 and today is Nov 16, 2021. I called about other part I may need about hundred times and all I get is a "User busy" display on the phone and a busy dial tone. My account show the parts ready to ship but no one will pick up the phone to answer questions.

Now, I would like to cancel my order because I no longer need the parts and still no one answers the phone. Also, all of my messages are clearly displayed on GM Parts Online account page but they never respond to them...It is a joke!

The parts ordering process was straight forward for me but customer service is unacceptably ridiculous. Enough said/just want my money back. Please.

I guess you can say they are a legit business that you can get parts from. That’s about all that I have good to say about my experience.

1. My order took right at three weeks to receive. I can live with that, but my order status showed ready to ship for a week. I emailed them to see why and I got no response but my order shipped the next day.
2. Part of my order was not filled. I wasn’t charged for it, nor was I notified for whatever reason that parts were left out. It would have been nice to know so I could make other arrangements elsewhere. Now my project is still on hold.
3. Communication is basically nonexistent. The emails you receive are generated. If you have a question, good luck getting a response. The same goes for phone calls. When asking by email what happened to the parts I was missing from my order, their only response came in the form of a delivery notification. Yes, I had part of my order delivered, but that didn’t answer my question.

I chose to ignore the reviews I read and took a chance that I wish I hadn’t. I thought I was saving a little money. Shipping is overpriced. Once you factor in time and trouble, I would have been better off paying what my local dealer was asking.

If you expect a business to timely fulfill your complete order and be able to respond to your concerns, then my advice is don’t waste your time with gmpartsonline.net.

There is zero communication to customer, to talk to somebody is like pulling teeth and you are so wasting there time. My order never got posted to my member account. I had to call them and ask for my list of parts I ordered. Then they have no idea when they will ship parts. Very poorly run!!!!!!!!!
