Ordered part I needed. Site showed in stock. We texted company to verify that it was in stock. They replied absolutely it's in stock. Next day get an email saying the order was canceled. Turned out they LIED and did not actually have the part in stock. First and last time using this business.

I would rate them a -7 if I could for the number of days of my life wasted. I had never ordered from them before - I placed an order on March 13th. I didn't want to enter the Vin. They made me confirm I didn't want to enter the Vin via email. Then because I paid with my cash app account, AFTER they billed me $193 for the part, they emailed and asked for a copy of my ID since I paid with a gift card. I didn't use a gift card and explained I could see they already billed me. They said never mind that request was an error.

Yesterday I got an order cancelled email, they don't even have the part that they charged me for?? 7 day waste of time. My credit has not posted yet.

I would not reccomend this "service" to anyone.

Their website is vague about what is is you are buying. I ordered what I thought, based on their diagram that I would receive an entire replacement set of seat belts. Instead I got only the drivers. Ordered what I thought was a set of mirrors for same truck and they sent me 1 chrome and one black. They told me because I didn't give them my vin number it was my fault and kiss off.

This is worst parts company you can deal with ordered part to be delivered to Florida they sent to Alabama wanted me to deal with it when I found someone in Alabama to send on to me they refused to pay for it when you try to get to manager they say he’s on vacation don’t use them go to a local dealer I would give minus number if possible

I ordered a part based on VIN number and received the part. The part was incorrect. Apparently the part number was correct but the contents were incorrect. They checked their warehouse and the part was mislabeled as well. They still wanted to charge me 35% restocking fee. Say away!!! I wish I had looked at their reviews beforehand.

Photos show one thing and the part doesn’t match. They don’t even have the basic courtesy to apologize for any inconvenience. They also have the worst return policy in the industry…35% restock plus pay for return shipping.

Ordered a fuel tanker filler door. Ordered the wrong part and canceled the order. Never refunded the money and now don’t respond to emails or text. Stay away!!!!

First off you can only contact them thru text or email … 2nd if u order a part … then is when u find out they don’t have the part in stock an now all this bs shady communication begins with days at a time for response … thirdly the transaction states it comes from Boucher Chevrolet but Boucher Chevrolet doesn’t even deal with them … or maybe they in on it too … stay the hell away from this site I promise !!!!! Just go to the dealership an order your part

Terrible customer service. They sent me a $950 part with no part numbers on it or the box. Due to their error of ripping off the part number sticker (which they shipped that way) they are refusing to take the part back. Now I"m stuck paying $950 due to their sloppy practises. Avoid at all costs.

The parts I purchased were bolts. Their ad clearly states that the package includes 2 bolts. I needed 4 bolts so I purchased two packages. They sent me one package with 2 bolts. When I called, the person I talked to was pleasant and promised to look into it and get me the additional two bolts. Two days later he called me to tell me that the price was for each bolt, not per package. He admitted that the ad was misleading, but he couldn't do anything to help me.

I told him that they needed to honor the deal as set forth in the ad and not to do so was actually illegal. He told me he was sorry there is nothing he could do. He promised a call from the owner sometime later.

I would not do any business with these people what so ever.
