All staff were professional throughout. Anne-Marie was fast to respond with any queries I had. They were able to accommodate a last minute re-booking (thankyou Shannon). Make-up was professionally done and looked natural for a man, you could not tell I had any on. The entire process was very relaxed. The photographer (I have forgotten your name I apologise) is in the correct job! They are very good at instructing with the posing and helped with outfit combinations. I had never done any posing/modelling before and the whole team really increased my confidence and made me feel at ease.

Everyone made me feel comfortable considering recent ongoing events in my life currently, Mandy in particular catered to every need i didnt even know i needed and looked after me so well. I love my make-up and hair, its very different for me! The photographer was brilliant, didnt push me too far considering i am disabled (not visably, but the pain is real). To top it off everyone is bubbly and bouncy absolutely love

everyone so lovely and helped me through the whole thing. so supportive and boosted my confidence massively. would really recommend

Comfortable & great staff

I won an online competition for a boudoir shoot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. The make up artsist Pam was amazing, very friendly, chatty and absolutely knew her stuff! The photographer was lovely and put me at ease instantly and was very professional throughout the shoot. Myself and partner were offered drinks whilst waiting for the photos to be viewed. Everyone was very welcoming and chatty and it all made it a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend. Lovely girls! Great experience and would love to do it again. Thank you

My dad won a the competition prize and we had a lovely day. Very high quality photos and very friendly staff, and we walked away with great a great selection of portraits. Id very much recommend for anyone interested in getting professional photos taken

I’ve had such a brilliant time here at glow up studios! As soon as I arrived Mandy warmly greeted me, offered me a glass of Prosecco and got me all sorted with everything I needed to fill in, and I was up getting my hair and make up done in no time by Hannah. Hannah did a fantastic job with my hair and make up and I looked better than I thought I would, she really brought out my style and made me feel like me! I wasn’t waiting long to have my photoshoot done by Katie who really brought my confidence out and let me express myself, I could really relax around her and I can tell she takes pride in her work! Overall incredible experience and highly recommend

Great shoot today at Glow Up! Fantastic photography captured some incredible shots, which I was very happy with! Makes it so much harder to pick. Friendly atmosphere, lots of studios meaning lots of background, so would highly recommend!

Won runner up on a giveaway and had such an incredible experience, I had my makeup and hair done to my taste and brought outfits along for my photoshoot. The sets are great, the photographer helps is very encouraging and directs poses. With my package I got one free image, however, I was generously allowed to pick 3. Highly recommend.
