My son has Down syndrome and is so confident in him self which I love so when I seen the advertisement that said all ability's welcome I thought why not it's been amazing from start to finish, communication has been amazing too, from the beginning having a little chat about inclusion to one of the staff members who fully got what I was saying, when we arrived it was so friendly and welcoming, a short wait and into the studio for the photo shoot, the lady was so lovely who took the photos, they turned out amazing to then meeting the owner to who was absoloutly wonderful beautiful women, also thought it may have been a long wait to choose the photos but wasn't as my son was getting tired, they was just amazing from start to finish so thankyou to everyone who looked after us today SHAB&EISA X

We took Phoebe to Glow Up Kids Studios to help build her confidence and give her the lovely experience of having her own photoshoot. From the moment we arrived, the team were absolutely amazing and made Phoebe feel so special. There were lots of different props for her to choose from, which she really enjoyed, and the whole experience felt relaxed and fun. We never felt rushed, and you could tell the team genuinely wanted everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves.

As if the experience wasn’t lovely enough already, Phoebe was chosen by Mandy as the winner to receive all of her prints for free! That really was the cherry on top! Whoop whoop!!!!

We’re so grateful to have these beautiful photos to look back on and treasure forever. They’re more than just pictures to us; they’re special memories of an experience that helped Phoebe grow in confidence and gave her something wonderful to look back on.

Today we attended Glow Up Kids with our 3 year old daughter. All staff were amazing. They made sure that Heidi-Rose was looked after. They gave her a “make-over” and kept it age appropriate by just applying a little lipgloss and styled her curly hair.

We were provided refreshments throughout and felt really looked after.

Heidi-Rose was selected as this months winner and we are over the moon with all of the pictures.

We were not pressured in anyway to buy a package.

A truly amazing experience all around. And Heidi-Rose had a gorgeous afternoon being the centre of attention

Everyone here was lovely and the pictures of my daughter were absolutely stunning! From start to finish everyone made all of us feel so welcome. It was a lively experience. Thank you so much! X

We took our 10-year-old daughter along for the Face of Glow Up Kids competition and honestly had such a lovely afternoon.

We arrived not really knowing what to expect, but from the minute we walked in everyone made us feel so welcome. Mandy, the manager, was the perfect host. She was so friendly, organised and welcoming, and immediately put us all at ease.

A huge thank you to Dee, the photographer. She was brilliant with our daughter - so friendly, professional and amazing at building her confidence. She somehow managed to capture the most beautiful photos, and we’re absolutely blown away with the results.

The videographer (I’m so sorry, I can’t remember his name!) was also fantastic. He captured loads of behind-the-scenes footage but did it so naturally that you hardly noticed he was there.

Staci, who did the hair and make-up, was just lovely. She instantly put any nerves to rest and made our daughter feel really comfortable. She is incredibly talented and created the perfect natural look.

What we thought would just be a fun afternoon has actually opened our eyes to a whole new world. We’ve come away with amazing photos, an entry into the competition and, unexpectedly, conversations about a possible future in modelling.

We’ll definitely be back for the Manchester modelling school. It feels like a great way for our daughter to learn the skills and technical side of modelling, while also giving us as parents a better understanding of the industry and how to support her safely if it’s something she wants to pursue.

Thank you to everyone at Glow Up Kids for making it such a positive experience. We left with huge smiles on our faces and can’t wait to come back!

We drove down to Manchester from Leicester. At first when we arrived the venue, it felt like we were not seen, we waited a few good minutes before someone came to speak to us, but we were patient. As soon as Janet came to speak to us, she made us feel welcomed, offered us all refreshments, and soon my child's make over was done and we went for the shoot. The guy who did the shoot was alright, we have no complain at all. Then we waited for about an hour before being called to view the photos. They were stunning photos! There's no way you would not want to purchase them all! Kathleen was lovely! We had a good time and I'd be happy to go back again, this time for a family photoshoot.

We had an absolutely amazing time today, normally my child is shy but the photographer hunter really brought him out of himself, he was here as a finalist for a competition and wow the experience was outstanding. Not only did hunter take pictures, Olivia also took behind the scenes video and photo. I would recommend glow up kids to any1 looking for a professional photoshoot. Also they don't also do kids, they do family photoshoots which I'm really contemplating coming back for as I would like so professional family pictures.

Glow Up Kids in Manchester has honestly been amazing for my daughter. Her first visit even went viral after she was chosen to be the face of one of their campaigns, which gave her such a huge confidence boost. She went back for a second shoot and the whole three‑hour process was so smooth. The staff were patient, kind, and genuinely made her feel special.
The photos were beautiful, but honestly, it was the confidence she walked out with that meant the most. I’d definitely recommend it — whether it’s for a shoot, a pamper day, or just something fun to lift their confidence. It’s such a lovely experience for kids.
he whole team were fantastic, including management you can tell they really care about the kids. Just a little heads‑up, the car park machine can be a bit temperamental, however you can park for free along the long road at the side of the building.

What can I say it was amazing from start to finish both my girls looked absolutely fantastic and the pictures amazing everyone was so friendly and made them feel so relaxed and my shy child soon came out of her shell and was loving it. And got a fantastic package when it was time for choosing the pictures. We got all the photos and a canvas and picture book thank you so so much xx

My daughter, Isabel won the face of glow up spring 2026, we was greeted by the lovely Olivia, she was made to feel so welcome from start to finish, we was offered refreshments throughout the morning, she was seen pretty much straight away getting a little make over by their team to start with, she was left feeling confident. She received her winning with in the same week she was announced the winner. Her whole experience was amazing and I would fully recommend this company to anyone.
