Do not trust an order from these guys if you are a small customer. Their website indicates things are in stock, but if there is someone more important, you won't ever receive it. I ordered hand sanitizer 6 weeks ago. It was in stock at the time. About 2 weeks later, I received an out of stock message. I was told it would be back in stock on a specific date, about 3 weeks later. Contacted them yesterday. The item was still out of stock with no known in stock date. Very disappointing.

The website is difficult to navigate and find what you need. After I did locate the item I needed, I chose to pay with PayPal and things seemed to go okay until I got to the last screen on the Global Industrial site and it would not complete the transaction. I called their help line for the website and that person knew nothing about the website and only was interested in taking my order over the phone. I assumed they had access to the website and could correct my issue. Wrong!!!

Poor website.

Fast friendly, where other companies make purchasing using a corporate account, as difficult as possible. Global Industrial makes the transaction quick and painless. Thanks you.

Product received was not what I ordered.

I have always had a good experience ordering from your site. It only got better when Amy DeMeyer introduced herself as our Sales Representative. Amy responds quickly to any questions or concerns that I may have. She provides me with same day quotes on products that I'm interested in.
Some items can be a bit pricey and I'm able to find elsewhere for a better price and shipping charges can be costly as well. In most of my experiences ordering from a vast number of vendors, once I reach a certain dollar amount, shipping is waved.
Overall, I would give you a 4 star rating, AmyDemeyer pushes that overl the top to a 5!!

Had the same product number but received an upgraded gate compaired to the first one that I purchased almost a year ago.

Good construction and very tight - only wish the first one was as good.

I always have worked with JoAnn when I call. She has been so helpful and willing to look at other options if I need the help. She has also found items that were not on the web page or I couldn't find them and help decide what would be right for us. Thank you all!

except for one part that was back ordered from the manufacture - All my other orders have been processed and received in a very timely fashion. very pleased with their service - and products.

my experience when contacting customer service was automated. no real folks here along with the phone numbers being redirected to someone I never heard of.

You showed items in stock when I placed the order and then tell me two weeks later that the items are back ordered. I know this is a busy time, BUT your online ordering system should be able to keep up with quantity on hand verses ordered placed.
