Really pleased with my products that arrived from Girlznight. It's a very user friendly site, so I took my time browsing all their products to make sure I chose the best ones for my hair. It was really easy to do so as each product had a description and styling tips. Everything arrived quickly, I didn't have any trouble with delivery like some other people on here.

I WOULD RECOMEND GIRLZNIGHT AS A GOOD WEBSITE TO BUY HAIR PRODUCTS FROM. I HAVE BOUHT QUITE A FEW DIFFERENT THINGS FROM THEM AND ALWAYS ARRIVED SAFELY AND MAKE ME LOOK GRE3AT :-)

I regularly buy Fudge products from girlznight and have always experienced good service. Orders always arrive in 2/3 days and emails at each stage etc. Good range of products too.

Been using the site for almost 2 years now and would recommend to all.

This was the first time i ordered from girlznight... i ordered a ghd which cos me a £100 this order was meant to come within 2-3 days but it didnt.... so i callled them up and they said it has been posted and should be with me soon... but a week later and it still had not come so i called up again and they said they will check the order for me and call back shortly hours later and i still did not get a calll back and then i emailed them and still have not recieved a reply soo then after calling trading standards i called them agin using a few big words that trading standards gave me and after many calls they finally sent me my order which was five months late... an on top of that they sent me the wrong ghd package... i suggest never to purchase from this website as you will only be wadting your time on an order that may never come..

Order process easy, found a 10%offer online, delivery within 5-7days, after 10 no delivery however one phone call and an apology the item was recieved 2 day later genuine product. worth the wait

I recently purchased a set of ghds from girlznight. When i placed my order I paid for standard delivery and was most pleasantly surprised when they arrived the following day.

Previous to placing my order I had heard a number of horror stories regarding fake ghds so I decided to call and verify that they were an authorised retailer. I spoke to a man called David who was extremely helpful and put my worries to rest.

I would highly recommend this company as they offer an excellent service.

Ordered 3 Dermalogica products on Friday, arrived this afternoon by Fedex. Great products and very good service, emails etc.

Ordering was easy. Then nothing arrived... waited a couple of weeks and then decided to send them a chase up email. No response received. Waited a further week, then decided to call them.

After the phone ringing for what seemed an eternity, someone evnetually picked up. I explained the item hadn't been received. The person on the phone sounded very vague, tapped something into his computer and then advised the item was no longer in stock! When were they going to tell me this (having already charged my card in full)?

I was then told I was "down for refund today". What a coincedence!

Over a week later... still no refund. No replies to emails again.

I've given up seeing my money back or the goods I've ordered, hence writing this review as so many people have had similar experiences.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered GHDs and heat spray 2-3 days delivery. Phoned after 5 days and was told I would definitely receive in the next two days. Still no delivery so phoned and asked to cancel my order after reading all the bad reviews. I was told several conflicting stories of how they had been sent, then they hadn't any in stock and were expecting a delivery any day, then GHD were late in their delivery. When I insisted I wanted to cancel suddenly they had a spare one in the office which could be sent straight away! I received them the next day but, after two emails, am still waiting for the heat protection spray. Wish I hadn't bothered and bought them in the hairdressers.

Hi there, just to say that I found the service at Girlznight very good. Got emails sent to me at every stage of the process from placing the order to it being despatched. Ordered my products on monday and received them today so only took them 2 days. Very impressed as usually when I order online I find it takes 3/4 days to receive my items.

Would use again and would recommend to others. Oh, also, the order was packed very well and there was even a free shampoo inside! Not sure if this was intentional or not but a nice surprise all the same!!!!

This is the worst site I have ever ordered from, still waiting 5 weeks later for my order they haven't replied to any of my emails, when I ring up they say it will be despatched tommorow, the last time he was really rude and put the phone down on me before I could speak.

In all my time buying online around the world, this is without doubt the worst online business. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They took my money and after 6 weeks have not received my GHD. They never responded to my emails, so I've called (from overseas) on 3 occassions with promises they will contact me back, to no avail. They should be shut down!

Ordered item without the additional next day delivery costs. Item delivered 2 days later, but packaging damaged in transit. Called Girlznite, arranged re-collection from work. Item collected and new one dispatched within 48 hours. Cann't fault them and Fedex (delivery courier) tried to deliver to my home twice in one day as I was out the first time. Fabuloso - would defo use again. SOOOOOOOOOOOO HAAAAAAPPPPYYYY xxxx ;D

Very happy with the treatment I recieved from girlznight. Bought GHD's and was worried that with the current wildcat postal strikes it would take ages to get my product so I called them the same day I placed the order and asked when I should expect to recieve them. A charming guy called Cameron assured me I would have them by the end of the week yet they arrived the next day! Great service - would use again, highly recommend.

I used Girlznight as they are an approved retailer of GHD's. I can't live without my GHD's & after 4 years mine had broken. I didn't know there were problems with Royal Mail when I placed the order, so when I didn't receive my straightners I rang in a panic. Gentleman I spoke to was very helpful said he would trace them and re-send by Fedexuk. I received an e mail the same day with a tracking no and they were delivered the next morning..True to his word..Fantastic customer service and no more wild curly hair.. heaven. I would recommend this company.

hot deals uk recommended this company, supposed to be first class delivery, no... emailed company, tried excuse of postage strike, (despite all other mail arriving). Finally about to go to press and media and have been given a tracking date. Despicable service in this day and age, AVOID, let them go out of business as they do not appreciate ours.

ordered ghds for my girlfriend's birthday and chose courier delivery because of the postal strikes. An extra £3 or so, but worth it for the peace of mind as she would have killed me if they were late! Placed the order at 10am last Tuesday and they arrived the next day at 2.30 so all good. Her birthday was on Friday and she loves the straighteners

Ordered GHDS which I have had for just over a week very pleased with item and the customer service received from Gerry. A couple of free bees (shampoo and conditioner) received which was great. Also received genuine GHDS as registered them and all OK. My daughter was over the moon with her present. Had to make a few phone calls as to delivery but to be fair I ordered during a postal strike which delayed delivery by a few days. I would use this website again but I would ask that a few more emails are sent to me to keep me informed of the progress of my order.

My first experience with Girlznight resulted in the delivery of the incorrect product a month after placing my order. My enquiries were never answered and I ended up using the product, so did not pursue.

I did not learn from my experience and have placed another order with Girlznight. It has been about one month since I placed this second order and I have not received any communication about the progress of my order, apart from the initial confirmation of receipt of my order.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not use Girlznight again.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for my order I called and was told one item had been out of stock and would be posted that day.
After 4 more days with no delivery I called again and was told it was in the post; it arrived the next day. One item was completely wrong so I called and was told it would cost £8 to post it back and I could buy it for £10. The item I orginally ordered would be sent to me Asap. That was 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.
I can not recommend this company. The were very friendly on the phone but I have been stuck with a useless product and the one I ordered and paid for has still not arrived.
