A big thankyou to the team at Gilbert & Rose! Who managed to sell my house in such uncertain times. Ryan (Sellers Agent) pulled out all the stops and went the extra mile in securing me a great offer. Claire (Sales Progressor) kept me well informed from offer to completion, keeping the pressure on the solicitors. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Gilbert & Rose enough and especially Jody. I spoke to Jody to enquire about selling my partners flat and the next day she was round to help and guide us through it. Just under a month later our property was sold! She supported us through it all, she was available as much as I needed her, she really did go above and beyond for us, she helped with finding our new forever home and supporting us with situations we needed help with. We viewed a few properties with Gilbert and Rose and throughout all team members communicated with us so amazing. All the team should be proud!

I want to say as massive thank you to gilbert & rose for all their help. In particular I want to say an even bigger thank you to Michelle who through out the process kept us up to date with everything happening and she also went above and beyond. We picked Gilbert and Rose to sell our house with based on the excellent reviews I had read on line and mainly due to our first meeting with our agent Ryan Perry, we knew instantly we had made the right choice. From first listing the house to completion day we was so impressed. Ryan was excellent, so friendly and professional. Worked hard to get us plenty of viewings and got us the price we wanted for our property. Once we accepted an offer, Leanne Warren from sales progression took over and was equally as brilliant as Ryan. She talked us through the next steps and kept us up to date all the time with how it was going. Both of them were nothing short of exceptional, they made the whole process so stress free and both made us feel like nothing was ever any hassle or trouble for them, any time we called or E-mailed them both with any questions they got straight back to us, made us feel like we was very important to them. I honestly cant recommend Gilbert and Rose enough, if you are selling your property and you want an agent that offers a great friendly and professional service you need to use them, you will not be disappointed.

I was approached online using Facebook messenger by someone that worked for an agency I'd used before to sell other family members homes that now works for Gilbert & Rose. They asked if they could help sell my parents property, I explained that they had accepted an offer but as the buyers hadn't sold theirs it was staying on the market as a precautionary measure and that they were happy and wanted to stay solely with the agent they were with. Nearly a week later and as I said having told this person they didn't want to use them a note was put through their door asking if they could help sell the house. My parents are elderly and easily confused due to dementia adding to what is already stressful time, I feel as though this action by Gilbert & Rose is just praying on the elderly and is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would avoid using this company at all costs... IF i COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD

When purchasing the property in Godwin Walk I was initially shown round by Ed who could not have been more welcoming. I cannot thank him enough for helping me with securing the property. I was then passed onto Claire who helped me with the sales progression and she was simply amazing keeping me fully updated all the way and making sure exchange and completion took place on the date I had asked for. If I could give zero I would and I'm only writing this review to get someone at Gilbert and Rose to deal with my issue. I wouldn't touch this company with the proverbial barge pole. Two years ago I decided to move house as my 25 year old son was suffering from mental health issues and had tried suicide twice. I talked to an agent from this company and explained the circumstances and that I needed to tread carefully with my son with regards to viewing etc as any disruption to his routine he found difficult. The agent was here for two hours ago I really thought he understood . Sadly my son did take his own life within a month and I contacted the agent explaining that I couldn't possibly move now. The last two years have been help. Fir the last six months I've had constant emails and calls from Gilbert and Rose the emails are all flowery saying let's chat prices have risen Yadda Yadda. I've had calls and each time I tell them I can't sell now or move. Last week I was in tears on the phone after the latest call and was promised I'd be taken off the list.. today another smarmy email with the usual rubbish. What do ineed to do to get them to leave me alone. In tears again tonight so taken to trustpilot maybe someone there with a modicum of sincerity at Gilbert and Rose might be checking their reviews and do something....

They say they don't tie you into a contract, yet, when you want to walk away, they ignore your request and still arrange viewings.

Sales technique was to just keep lowering the property price. Didn't update listing as i asked, lowered the price without my permisson to a price i would not accept. Poor floor plan.

Lied to buyers about service charge reduction leading to loss of a sale.

Honestly, all the guys felt like 'Jack the lad', only decent person was Michelle.
