I have used them 3 times, but each and every time there was one issue or the other.
* Ordered fruit basket but it was delivered in a newspaper wrap.
* Ordered mixed dry fruits, it was delivered in a plastic carry bag
* Ordered flowers twice, but was not delivered
* Ordered birthday cake, although it was delivered but late in the evening when the party was over.
* The recent order, was a birthday cake and flowers, nothing was delivered.

All 3 occasions were ruined because of delivery issues. I would suggest try to avoid them if you don't want to be disappointed

Very bad service GTI24×7 and behavior b4 make order they said in 2 or 3 hrs free delivery after make order charges 150 ruppes express delivery after canceled order money not returned m very upset

There was an issue with my order but once I shared the feedback, it was resolved pretty quickly. I have ordered from a lot of sites and have had bad experiences for which my feedback was not even acknowledged by those sites. So, I am really glad that gifts to India made an effort to listen and resolve my concern: I would definitely recommend them and will continue to order from them. Thanks.

The order comprised of flowers , cake and dry fruits. Only flowers were delivered. The update says all the three items were delivered. I rang the customer service and informed them. They suggested that the recipient should conduct a good search in the house , may be the cake is lying around somewhere!
They might or might not deliver the missed items but I felt sad and upset.
Good bye to GiftstoIndia and I hope to never use their service again.

Ref Order number GTI2085883/2022. Partially due to the fault of delivery partners in India, the entire Mother's Day surprise got ruined. Placed order on May 1 hoping it will deliver by May 8. Apparently the package shipped on May 3 and it reached Ahmedabad on May 4. According to GTI, the delivery driver tries to contact the recipient and can't get hold of them even though I provided 2 different contact numbers. One update stated that there was no one available at location which is a false claim because its a business location which is open from 9am - 8:30pm. GTI has always been good in the past but not sure what has changed but their customer service is not the same anymore and hence this will probably be the last time I used them.

Easy to use website. I love that you can start a profile and save addresses to deliver to. They can do same day delivery.

One time call to customer service GiftstoIndia and they sent another order of the same item to the recipient very promptly.
I was notified by the recipient that they received another box of the same item.

The courier guy Gopi, in Mysore, was also friendly, awesome and efficient. Delivery of the beautiful flower arrangement and Pistas was on time and that made everyone's day very special!

3rd grade service and business who does not know how to speak and the not aware of their delivery team.

Promises that they will deliver on specific time and when followed up they abuse.

No commitment at all, had ordered for valentine’s day and screwed up the whole thing by not delivering. Till night they were committing its enroute and finally didn’t arrive. They will not give you an option to order from somewhere else, promising they are going to deliver.
Next day messaging we are going to deliver in Feb 15th with a single word of apology. When we called them, they were so rude and saying they will check with delivery and provide resolution.

Unprofessional to the core and never ever go for them!!!. Total waste of money and time and will spoil your day.

Ordering is simple and the contact support team is wonderful. Immediate response from Representative Mr. Deepak and very polite. Only problem is we cannot write any extra words on cake. There is a limit of max 14 letters and we couldnt write Happy Anniversary. Otherwise service and products are wonderful.

Excellent customer service! By mistake I ordered the delivery a day later so I contacted customer service, Deepak was very helpful he updated the date of delivery within minutes and my dad got my gift in Kolkata on his birthday! Thank you so much! 😊

So I recently at the very last minute from London, ordered a birthday cake and some luxury dried fruits for my dads birthday whilst he's on holiday in India, and I cannot believe the response time of the cake/products arriving well ahead of scheduled time requested. For that I'd like to say a huge thank you to GiftsforIndia for your outstanding service. Will continue to use again as I have done for the past 4 years, (minus the Covid years).

Avoid using this service. I ordered two cakes to be delivered on Christmas Day; one cake was delivered at 8 pm on Christmas Day with messed-up icing. The second didn’t arrive, but when my father’s helper called, they said it would arrive on the next day, despite the fact that I received a notification on the 25th that both were delivered. When I pressed the issue of late delivery, this company noted that the cake was damaged during delivery, so it was delivered the next day. No apology (which is all I wanted) and no acceptance of responsibility. This type of service may be acceptable in other parts of the world, but is not acceptable for an organization conducting business in the States. I have used this type of service to send cakes and other items to India for two decades. This is the first time I encountered this issue, and it will be the last!
