I ordered a box of warhammer, which arrived on time, however there was no confirmation the product had been dispatched so after 6 days I sent an email, which has still not been replied to.
The main issue is the product I received is damaged with some of the plastic warped.
Good price, quick despite the holidays but no communication and damaged goods.

Update: I have received a speedy response after a delay following up on my part. Gifts for geeks have agreed to replace the damaged parts with as little hassle as possible.

This is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I have been emailing them for over 6 months. I entered the incorrect delivery address on the 25th of July. It took 6 weeks for them to reply to tell me what the issue was as it was not delivered (9th sept) despite me sending multiple emails. I paid extra postage to have it delivered to the correct address on that date. 7 emails later it had still not arrived and they agreed to pay the refund on the 19th Nov. Another 7 emails after this and they have agreed to refund postage as i never received the item. The amount of time i have wasted is truly shocking and the main reason for writing this review. I have shown the dates of our emails to highlight how poor they have truly been in replying. Ultimately you should NEVER BUY IF OUTSIDE OF THE UK

25TH July – ordered
30th July - order dispatched
15th Aug – emailed company as not delivered yet
15th Aug – Company replied with just tracking address
15th Aug- I Replied immediately saying there is an issue – No reply
2nd Sept – I emailed as order still not delivered yet. Looking for refund or new order to be shipped
9th sept – Company emailed asking would I like it to be reshipped as I had put in the wrong delivery address (UK instead of ireland).
9th sept – I emailed agreeing. Paid via paypall

23rd Oct – emailed as still not received item. Asked for a refund
23rd Oct – Company replied with tracking info.
23rd Oct – I replied stating it has not arrived as per tracking.
31ST oct – email sent asking for refund – No reply
7th Nov – Emailed again asking for refund – No reply
14th Nov – emailed again asking for refund – No reply
18th nov – email sent asking for a refund
19th Nov – Company emailed apologizing and will give refund
26th Nov – I emailed wanting full refund as postage refund not included – No reply

2nd Dec- another email sent asking for postage refund – No reply
3rd Dec – Another email sent – No reply
9th Dec – Company replied apologizing, asking for address
9th Dec -I Replied to email with information immediately – No reply
13th Dec- I sent another email as no response from him.
17th Dec- Company replied stating he will refund postage.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I sent a message via the form, by email and I received no response. I tried to call but the number doesn't work...

Product in good condition and well packaged. Item dispatched and delivered quickly. Will definitely purchase from them again.

The website states that the cut off for next day delivery is 12pm. I ordered courier delivery at around 11:40am, thinking this would mean I would get next day delivery. 24 hours later my order hadn’t even been dispatched, and when I called and spoke to customer service almost 8 hours after that, I was told my order was packed and ready to go, and would be with me “in the next few days”. So there was no point paying for courier delivery… I’m giving two stars rather than one because they did refund the delivery cost, but still. Not a great experience, not to mention I was asked to give a review before I’ve even received my item… Despite the email coming more than 24 hours after I ordered next day delivery.

Got items from Store that are difficult to find in the he whole world! Very happy with the items. Will buy others from Store.

I was unsure about using a different website for paints but this company was excellent delivery was on time and the price for the paints were amazing compared to the normally cheaper places like Amazon will be using again for all paints and terrains

Sent me wrong product. Sent it back with promise of replacement with correct product. Still no sign of it. Three weeks plus since original order made.

I'm a regular customer and I didn't hesitate to promote your site to my friends. In principle, Gift for geeks allows you to order warhammers at a reduced price.
Unfortunately, my last order was a disaster. First of all, I had a lot of trouble finalising my purchase (for some as yet unknown reason). Moreover, I was unpleasantly surprised to have to pay a hefty customs fee. I would recommend warhammers players to go to other sites, I don't think I would recommend Gift for Geeks again.
