Really shocking delivery times
Really shocking delivery times. Placed an order on the 19th Paid £6.95 for a next day delivery with a courier. They took 3 days to dispatch it, the "Courier" is just Royal mail and it has still not been delivered as of the 22nd.

The item I ordered arrived before the expected date and it was well-packaged and in good condition. The price was also the most reasonable and very well worth the money for how smooth the transaction went. Really pleased with this purchase.

Product arrived as advertised, at a lower price than I found elsewhere. Delivery was prompt. Only downside is the use of Parcelforce who I have had terrible experiences with. However, I was able to arrange a pick-up at a local post office which worked well.

After an original issue with my order, I was contacted buy seller, fault was accepted and a suitable outcome was provided, how a seller responds to an issue is important and in this case they went above and beyond, and restored trust, would use this seller again.
