Worthy of a 5-star review

Absolutely outstanding experience with Getic! From start to finish, the coordination was seamless and incredibly easy. Their team handled all queries with impressive efficiency and promptness, making the entire process stress-free.

What truly stood out was the delivery—my item arrived safely and securely all the way from Europe to Dubai, despite the ongoing situation. That level of reliability and professionalism is rare.

Ordered an item delivery 1-2 business…

Ordered an item delivery 1-2 business days. After a week the job was done and I still did not receive the item. When the item was delivered to the hotel Getic SIA did not refund as the item was delivered.
The hotel was willing to send the item back, this was to expensive according to GETIC SIA.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed in transit and was delivered to the hotel after your stay had ended.

Although the order was successfully delivered to the address provided, we understood the inconvenience this caused and agreed on a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. We also explored the option of returning the parcel from the hotel, but the return shipping costs were unfortunately disproportionate to the value of the item.

We appreciate your feedback and regret the frustration caused by the delivery delay.

Top service and fast delivery

Goods arrived very quickly and were exactly as described. The device could also be easily integrated into the German fiber optic network using an additional SFP module from FS.com. I thank Getic for this great shopping experience
