I haven't received the order

I haven't received order 1812838. I've been waiting for a router I bought over two weeks ago, and the issue is still unresolved. I request a refund or that the product be sent to me.

Initially, I gave it one star because I didn't receive my order. However, the company refunded my purchase without any issues. Furthermore, it seems the shipping problem was with the courier service, not Getic.

used device was missing the manual

I bought two used wifi routers. One of them was missing the manual that contained the admin and wifi passwords. They were still written on a sticker on the device itself albeit in a stupid font that made it impossibile to distinguish some letters, so the missing manual was just an inconvenience and a matter of trying a few password combinations. The devices were in perfect state otherwise.

Een absolute, onverwachte aanrader

Via een zoekopdracht bij Getic terechtgekomen. In eerste instantie had ik mijn twijfels, omdat het om een bedrijf uit Letland ging. Die bleken volledig ongegrond. De prijsstelling is scherp, de levering verrassend snel en de communicatie prettig en adequaat. Ik ben bijzonder tevreden over het hele traject. Absoluut een aanrader
