We recently purchased a property through Getground. We would especially like to thank Eamon, from our initial call we found him very patient and thorough. He clearly explained everything including how to set up a business, costs involved and potential rental income. We were a tricky case as we are currently expats now living in Australia. Good overall service. They cleared some of the requirements which my previous platform did not complete and is good for small property businesses which don't need so much advice.

I couldn't see where the change direct debit mandate was on screen, that needs be put somewhere more obvious, but when I queried it, the email response was sent only a few hours later.

They do need to keep their prices down as an a local accountancy service could be cheaper for small landlord's who don't want any frills.

The GetGround team are fantastic to deal with.

Always really responsive and either provide the right level of advice or refer me to an appropriate resource to resolve.

We had a few hiccups this year with the accounting side and contacting Get Ground but these have now been resolved and hopefully things will be smoother going forwards. Harry was great at sorting things out and he cares about Get Ground and the customers.

The login generally has a nice layout and it is a great idea to have everything in one place (bank account, accounting, property value predictions, mortgage details etc). It is handy and useful for overall property management. Having the ability to pay by card would be a good addition to make the banking better and avoid needing an extra bank account for cards so then everything really would be in one place and more convenient.
