What an absolute joke this company are .
Waited nearly a month for my brolly system so far and they still have no clue as to when the brolly will arrive. Endless phone calls from me emails etc and not one reply . If you want a fast and reliable company for your fishing tackle I strongly suggest you give Gerry’s a miss .
Terrible customer service.

Despite emails and attempts to telephone I still have not received my order of 28th February. It is now 25th March. No updates. No communication from Gerry's. If this is the standard of service I will soon be an ex customer

Greater service I bought the new beach rod after viewing gerrys fishing video on Facebook it came really well packed and in perfect condition

Responded to emails fine but my rods will be delivered 3 days late paid for 48 hour delivery sh oh ld haw them today still not arrived and been advised they will arrive Tuesday

great stock of fishing gear. wanted to build up some clip down rigs and they had everything i wanted.

First class merchants and competitive pricing. Item well packaged and delivered ahead of time. Great company 👌

Good price and delivery charges. Really impressed with the quality of the protective tube for the delivery (I bought a Garbolino 9ft feeder rod). Could barely squash it to get it in the bin. All in all I would recommend and also personally use again.

I ordered and paid for two drennan top kits on 3rd may 2026 and expected deliver within 8 days. After 3 weeks I contacted Gerry’s who said that there was only one kit in stock and asked if I wanted the one kit as they had contacted drennan direct. I haven’t heard anything or taken delivery. I have not had any update or contact with Gerry’s. Communications are very poor.

Bought a savage gear cap and a megabass lunker lure box, both well packaged and received about 15 days later as described, thanks to the guys at Gerrys 👍

I have tried both the 3 pronged and 2 pronged dongle rig bait wrappers and they are excellent. They are both easy to use and produce a neat well balanced bait that’s presented under the hook. I wouldn’t be without them now.

Brought new fishing holdall from Gerrys. Informed that it would take between 8-15 days for dispatch. Holdall arrived as described. Excellent bag, and I must say Gerrys is my go to shop when I need gear.
They are always very polite and quick to answer any questions I might have.
If you are on a budget Gerrys offer the opportunity to pay by Klarna, or for expensive gear interest free payments over the year. An excellent company.

Brought a Penn Tidal fishing rod online over a month ago (14th Jan) which still hasn’t been dispatched (19th Feb).

after not hearing anything about the item being dispatched within the delivery time frame of 8-15 days I contacted Gerry’s via email.

Gerry’s replied to my email and said that there was an issue with my item and it had to be ordered in (there was no communication from Gerry’s to inform me of this).

I proceeded with the order and expected to wait a further 2 weeks which has now exceeded that time frame. my item has still not been dispatched and I still haven’t received any communication despite emailing and messaging on Facebook requesting an update.

Terrible customer service and I will not be using this company again.
Quick enough to take the money but no end product which has left me having to get the bank involved to retrieve my payment.

In the end I used VMO, no having to wait a two week delivery period, great service/ communication and my item was sent and delivered to my door within 2 days.
