I have two of the Lock Boxes. The first one is flawless. The second one was difficult to program (multiple attempts required) and the lock is very stiff. Fairly priced for the product and customer service is good.

Bought a time lock safe. The first one was faulty, sent them documentation of the errors, and I got fast immediate response from the Genie Hand that they had made changes to some parts that improves it. They sent me a new improved time lock safe for free due to this. Fast delivery. It has worked wonderful now for several months. Very good product, and one of the most excellent services I have encountered by online shopping. Definetely the best time lock safe out there. Pro tip: hide your key's somewhere far away, or give it to someone else in the mean time. That way, you can be 100% sure that you won't reach whatever you store in it during the set time lock. Well worth the money. These other cheap time boxes made of plastic is easily destroyed to reach whatever it's in there. You won't break this unless you use powerful explosives or a powerful angle grider with diamond blades. 5/5 from me!

Purchased but it's faulty. The lock mechanism is very fragile and mine after a couple of times using no longer locks.

We bought a safe that uses the set time frames a few years ago and we're very happy with it. It helped me cut back and eventually quit smoking, I don't think I could have quit without the help of having the safe. Now we use it to lock up the video game controllers. I don't have to police what time the kids can play, they know what times they can get the controllers and play so there's no more arguing about it. The battery lasts for a long time which is nice that we don't have to plug it in. I recently asked for a replacement cover for the time piece and they responded quickly and sent me the part. It didn't break, we just misplaced it. Yes, shipping can be expensive but it's coming from overseas so that's to be expected. All in all, a great experience and a really helpful and well made product. If you need to cut back or quit a vice, this will do it.

Great for my Brother's addiction to ADHD tablets, I lock them away in this safe and I set it to only open up in a 10 minute window where I can give him the right amount of tablets for the day. It saves me from having to argue with him about giving him more tablets later in the day as I say I threw out the key and it won't open at any other time of day thanks to the time lock. It's a great relief
