Excellent customer service fast shipping had a problem with a previous safe was looking for a replacement parts they did me one better and gave me a new safe at a discounted price amazing I recommend this company 100% their products are really good

I lost a the key to my safe and the customer service provided by Genie has above and beyond. They ended up discounting my order because it was going to take longer than 36 hours which was advertised on their website.

During the time it was going to take them to ship the safe I found the key and they were able to get me a full refund!

I’m very happy with the quality and functionality of the safe and they have the best customer service in the industry.

I bought a time lock safe, still working well after 6 months - fast delivery and very solid product. Despite there being a delivery issue with my second order the seller (Dan) maintained very good communication.

Good little safe, except the reset button doesn’t work.
So can’t change the combination, stuck with the factory pin which can be found on the internet.

I gave this product and the company five stars because the service and customer support are second to none. I promise you that if you are reluctant about buying this product because of concerns or issues you will not be disappointed by the quick response and support from customer service. Dan was a pleasure to work with and the safe is beefy and robust and the electronics are easy to work with and as advertised. I am using it as a productivity tool to lock my devices for few hours while I work and it is great and trustworthy.

I always got a fast and adequate response.

There are almost no manufacturers [that I could find] of time-lock or countdown-operated safes. A few companies manufacture plastic safes/containers, but I see these as more of a novelty because if you really want to open them, you can break them with a hammer quite easily. If you genuinely want something that will refuse you access to it's contents, you probably want something made of stronger materials, like metal.

I decided to give Genie Hand a go and purchased their smallest, countdown timer safe. I wanted a safe where I could program it to open in 1 hour, or 2 days, for example. They also sell safes with a traditional time-lock, where you can set the exact time and date that the safe will open.

There are so many uses for these safes: Locking away distracting devices/phones and controlling credit card spending being the most obvious. I dont smoke but people could use them to control access to cigarettes and I can imagine parents could use it to prevent access to video game equipment. Why there arn't more devices like these on the market, I do not know. They are a really great idea.

I have been very, very impressed by this safe, and by the owner Dan who I contacted a few times to ask some questions. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. He replied to my email questions quickly and it leaves me feeling confident that if, in the future, I might need technical assitance then I will not be left alone.

The safes are, in my opinion, very reasonably priced given that they seem to be manufactured fresh by Dan and his team, so they arn't just cheap safes purchased elsewhere, reboxed and posted to you. Mine came with insructions, emergency back-up keys and a felt mat for protecting items inside from scratching. There are video instructions on Dan's website, which allows you to visualise the process of setting the safe up.

I originally purchased a small safe, but decided I wanted to upgrade to the medium size. I was going to return the small safe and Dan provided me with the company address details, but I actually just kept both safes because now my partner has a mini safe of his own!

The electronic locking mechanism inside both of my safes seems very high quality - it functions using a rotating dial and there's a bright blue LCD/LED screen which displays your desired countdown time. You can also turn up/down the volume of beeping sounds the safe makes when the safe eventually unlocks. I also like that operation of the door is easy. You don't have to enter in your code and press special buttons to lock the safe, simply close the door and turn the knob.

I wish Dan and Genie Hand all the best for commercial success as he has manufactured a very high quality, extremely useful product and I'm sure if more people knew that devices like this existed, then I'm sure most people would find good use for them.

Their timelock countdown safe has been a life saver for me, I couldn't stop my addiction until I got the safe. It works perfectly and as intended.
Their support is great too, Dan helped me using video call on whatsapp, and I didn't have to wait for their support.
I am grateful that I finally found someone selling such thing.

I am very frustrated. I initially asked about a replacement key and noticed the pictures were different shapes. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t ordering the wrong thing. I recieved an email back in under 25 hours. That was awesome, however, the guy was a little bit of a jerk. He basically told me it was the right key, don’t be so dumb. There were no pleasantries or niceties beyond there facts. That was a little frustrating, but I decided it wasn’t worth a complaint. I went ahead and ordered the key. This was over a month ago. At this point in time, I still have not received the key I ordered. The transaction was placed February 18 and I was sent an email with a tracking number from fed ex. I can attach copies or send them if needed. I have been patiently waiting for the arrival with no luck. I tried to contact someone once with no luck and currently when I look up the item fed ex says that it is in transit. The history shows that it was in Italy and is now in Memphis, TN. It has been unmoving in Memphis for over a 10 days, even though the dates claim otherwise. It also said Memphis a week ago. I am on Idaho, so you can imagine my confusing for heading overseas and then getting stuck in Memphis. I wouldn’t have ordered this if I had known it would take this long and now I am get to review requests from the company that was rude and dismissive and has not inquired to see if I even received the product… which I have not. This doesn’t even get me to talking about the actual safe I purchased 1 year ago, and the complaints I have about that.

While initially I had a problem with my order, customer service was very helpful in getting it resolved. They fixed the problem and did a good job.

Fast support and the safe does what it's supposed to do

Firstly the shipping was very fast, and the product arrived without issues.

Also, it basically does work as advertised.

The main thing I would ask would be to include more detail in the manual about certain things. For example - does the timer get reset when you change the batteries? Likewise, I have to turn the dial clockwise in two separate steps to open my safe. That's fine, but it isn't documented and took me a little while to figure out.

There is no way to check the remaining time once the safe is locked. An external display or Bluetooth link would be useful for that.

Overall a good and decent product.

Easy buy, delivery quick and without any problem to other state EU

I have two of the Lock Boxes. The first one is flawless. The second one was difficult to program (multiple attempts required) and the lock is very stiff. Fairly priced for the product and customer service is good.
