They did my report and suggested 2 stones. I had some questions which were promptly answered. I placed the order for 2 rings for the 2 stones, but wanted my ring to suit a particular style and size. We had some mail exchanges back and forth until my message was clearly understood by them and they precisely delivered what I asked for. So what I have is a made to order pair of rings. I am happy about the purchase and the experience. Only time will tell whether this purchase was worth the money. I hope to provide my inputs after a few months.

BTW, my wife also requested for a report, but they could not suggest any stone for her, hence refunded the full amount. I was pleasantly surprised. Who does that!!!! I mean I understand we did not get a recommendation for her, but they did put some effort to figure that they cannot recommend any stone, and that may have required some tools and man hours, but we were not charged for it.

Excellent delivery and servicing as well post-purchase mentoring. Thank you!

So much to say but will try to say in short.I had worn many gemstones in my fingers and lost so much money .I had lost complete faith in gems and gemtherapy due to those fake stones. Then one day I just saw the GU website through google and I just felt like let me see.But when I opened the website oops the price its so high for me and i closed the browser right away. But after that I felt again and again to comeback to Gu as if something is forcing me to regain the trust .I went for a gem report and I was recommended yellow sapphire for life long. But I went for the helioder upratna first because it was a little bit affordable.I got it after some days after all the necessery procedures done.I want to tell you friends I dont know it was a coincidence or not but my ring was about to be shipped on 28th of february evening and just before I got the mail from GU saying my ring has been shipped I got 2 very good news.I dont't know if such things occur even before wearing or receiving a gem but it truly happened to me.After receiving my ring and also wearing it I had many confusions and questions that I used to email GU but the customerservice were really helpful in handling my queries with patience and gracefulness.Friends,I was planning to upgrade to yellow sapphire after one year but can't resist the power of gem therapy.I really need the therapy from my yellow sapphire also .So placed an order today for the same.Just want to tell you friends please only go for untreated jyotish gems they are really gifts of god and the price and the expensiveness questioning by some confused minds..the stones powers are more than the cost we are paying and its a life time investment with a lot of blessings. We should feel lucky that our karma made us visit GU.The money we pour out for this jyotish gemstones for our wellbeing and overall goodness of our life and health is nothing really when the gems start working for us as a true healer in all aspects. The Gu team from top to junior level really need a great applause for making our life worthful .Thankyou GU May god bless each and everyone of the team

Thank you Gemstoneuniverse!

Hello friends
This is my honest review about gemstoneuniverse team and services. I was recommended to wear diamond and emerald gemstone. I immediately ordered upratana gem peridot 1st it made me calm and happy. But I kept removing it often. So I was very doubtful in the beginning. But ones when I started wearing it continuously it gave me wonderful surprises in life . Don’t waste your money on fake heated & treated gemstone that’s been sold at jeweller stores .if you really believe in gem therapy like me . Kindly believe in gemstoneuniverse it can change your life .I have already bought my emerald. Recommended to all my family members too .The one best thing I love about gemstoneuniverse is they respect and respond to all your doubts about gemstones. Even a secondary substitute gem will work wonders . All my friends out there ,if you believe in gem therapy and want to purchase genuine gemstone . Only option would be gemstoneuniverse. Since they have already checked for us and sell only natural powerful gemstone. I have no connection with gemstoneuniverse or asked to post it. Thanks for changing my life.

With Best regards

Just received my second ring I ordered from GemstoneUniverse as I have great result from the first one. I have not worn this new one yet as I am waiting for my auspicious date to put it on. I am very excited that this will be as effective as the first ring which I completely love. The gem, a peridot from Pakistan, is very beautiful with a light that emanates from within. Just so beautiful, I feel a connection. The service is excellent, my questions are ALWAYS answered promptly, kindly, patiently. Just get a gem from them and you wont regret.

Excellent customer service and fair price. 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them for all your gemstone needs.

Excellent customer service and product. Absolutely recommend.

I want to thank you for the excellent service I have received at the Gemstoneuniverse in the past two weeks. Also, at the same time I want to appreciate you people for your continuous support from making my Vedic Gem report to choosing gem stone to selecting ring design and at last sending the final product to me prior to the estimated time. Truly you are as good as your word. Keep the good work up.

Never came across such honest people in my entire life , products and after sales service is excellent, quality of products is very good , but after paying the full price for the product and gold has any vendor bother to repay the excess amount never but I received a call from GU team stating that the amount of gold required to make a pendant that amount of money has been deducted and excess amount is being refunded . Thank you very much for such honesty .

Very helpful. Product exactly as pictured. Delivery fast.

There are many positive aspects of Gemstoneuniverse. First of all, the customer service is very helpful and patient. They tried their best to please me when I came up with a request, even last-minute. Secondly, like everyone says, the quality of their products is excellent. The stones have a beautiful and pure look and the rings are made well. Another thing is that their gemstone analysis report is reliable. I had received a recommendation to wear a pearl from an ayurvedic doctor, but the astrologer of Gemstoneuniverse pointed out that it is not suited for me. I'm grateful that they helped me avoid wearing the detrimental type of gemstone.

I'm now wearing two of the recommended jewelry for around 3/4 weeks and I still have to start wearing the last one. I can say that the positive effects of the gemstones are noticeable. I felt them within a couple of days of wearing them and they are powerful. Another interesting thing is that the day before I had to wear the first jewelry, I saw some Indian men in the metro, and one of them was wearing a jyotish pearl on his little finger. I found this quite a coincidence (or not) as I had never seen someone in the Netherlands with a jyotish ring. Who knows what the meaning of this could be, maybe the astrologers know ;)

Anyways, everything taken together, Gemstoneuniverse is an excellent company. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in Vedic gem therapy. An advice from me: inform yourself well to how to measure your ring size without error. I had never worn a ring before and didn't know how tight a ring should be so the ringsize I had given to Gemstoneuniverse was too small. Obviously this wasn't the fault of Gemstoneuniverse. My message is just be careful, as this incident can happen, even when you let your ringsize be measured by a professional jeweller! Good luck in the world all! May you develop yourself spiritually, find peace and see the Truth, and may gemstones be a useful tool for that ;)
