Had a leak on a very difficult joint on central heating system and boiler needed a good service. Ian came fixed the leak without any problems and serviced the boiler. Also good to see he had a first year apprentice with him. Excellent service all round from Gas-Fix. Thank you.

An annual service was conducted by a skilled and personable technician, and I strongly suggest their services.

We phoned Gasfix on 23 Dec as our wet underfloor heating system was not working. We explained the urgency and an engineer (Iain) was with us by 2.30 who got the heating working within the hour. He also explained a potential problem we had with the system and offered advice for the future. We will arrange for this additional work yo be undertaken later in 2026.

Gas Fix is always the first company I call, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They sort out our complicated heating systems - a mix of underfloor and radiators.

Turned up on time, was polite and efficient, appeared to be very competent and completed the service without any problems.

We were contacted to agree an appointment convenient to us. Luckily an earlier date became available and was accepted. Technician arrived ontime and removed his footwear when enrering our property.
Politely declined our offer of a hotdrink and explained what he was going to do on the visit. A brief conversation took place and he commenced work. On completion he advised us on the health of the system and made suggestions as to what could improve performance and likely timeframes they could be made in.
At no time was a hard sell made. The work area was cleaned and made tidy, we were asked if we had questions or suggestions and left site. We have been with this company for years now and have no plans to change.

Gas fix have been exceptional in their work. Apart from a small hiccup which was resolved quickly in out of hours service. Thank you to all the team involved, all of you were extremely helpful. I would recommend to a friend. Thank you

Gas-fix always do our gas boiler services but this review is for the way they fitted a new boiler. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner and everything was explained thoroughly. There was no mess to tidy up and the work was finished in a timely manner. Gary our fitter also tried to fix a towel rail which wasn’t working and he thought he’d failed, but I can confirm that that is now working well, so excellent work all round. Thank you.

Engineer arrived within the timeslot. He was knowledgeable and polite (as always).
Can't fault the service I receive from Gas Fix

It became necessary to replace our gas boiler. Gary provided clear recommendations and helpful advice.
He ordered our selected replacement and fitted it a short time later.
He gave easy to understand answers to all our questions plus a a range of tips and background guidance to assist us.
The completed work looked very good and all obsolete items/general rubbish were removed leaving everything clean and tidy.
A polite, friendly and knowledgeable contractor throughout.
We were left feeling confident about the new installation, all our expectations met.

Excellent advice from Iain on type of boiler to fit and upgrading radiators to Gary who fitted our new combi boiler and Darryl and Charlie who removed our old water tanks and fitted new radiators with no mess and all rubbish removed.

Always use them for Boiler Service , local to us , when we have had an issue it has been fixed quickly, reliable.

We have been using Gasfix since moving last year to service our old boiler and more recently when we replaced it with a new boiler.

As always the service provided was excellent, with engineers considerate throughout the day, leaving our property clean and tidy afterwards.

We would highly recommend Gasfix to our family and friends.
