I unfortunately suffered a major break in to my garage a couple of months ago. After getting quotes to have doors replaced, l decided to fit the new doors myself and order new doors competitively priced from Laura Rowley sales manager at Garage doors online. Laura guided me carefully through the measurements and answered my many many questions re the doors and how they would look and operate.
I would recommend the company for its customer care and Laura in particular for excellent customer service in getting the best deal and solution for my needs

Laura and the team were a great help when ordering. The website contains loads of useful information to help make up your mind and guide you through measuring. The ordering process is simple, and any extras that were added were confirmed by email very promptly. The Hormann rollmatic t door is excellent quality, well packaged and promptly delivered in a huge trailer wagon by a great driver who phoned early on the morning of delivery, then again about one hour before arriving. My brother an myself installed the door in one and a half days, amateurs of course, but both in or 70s, still enjoying good diy project. In addition I couldn't find a better price by some distance. Many thanks to Laura and everyone at garagedoorsonline.

The remote for my Hörmann garage door failed, and local suppliers just told me it was an out of date model. GarageDoorsOnline were able to identify and supply the correct successor unit. Even more importantly, Keeley Warren had the patience to help me through the process of getting it to work. This was a serious task - coping with an inadequate manual, a non-standard installation of my door, and myself as a technical novice unfamiliar with what needed doing - which took several iterations! I've had my GarageDoorsOnline electric roller garage door for a year now and i love it. It was purchased as a DIY install, i followed the instructions and all went well, the key to it is precision in aligning and spacing the two side channels, i used Gripfill to set in place before adding screws once the Gripfill had fully dried. Installing the slatted curtain is really a two man job but you can get by with a makeshift pulley system /hoist, but does need a lot of planning, the slats are heavy and can unroll when you are least expecting (!)

Absolutely amazing service, so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not a Garage Door specialist, just a DIY. They help with how to measure and the fitting instructions are so simple to understand too. Prices are really reasonable too, highly recommend this company.

GDP pro steel doors - they are superb quality, well made, value for money. Also arrived sooner than expected. We are really impressed and would definitely recommend. (Husband is a joiner and advised if fitting yourself it’s a two person job and not suitable for DIYers)
