I ordered a gift voucher for a birthday gift. When it hadn't arrived a week later I phoned to see what was happening with it. I got a polite young man who after trying couldn't get into the details so said he would phone me back. I waited an hour and as I needed to go out I phoned back to be told the young man had gone for lunch and would phone me when he got back : /. I explained I would be going out so I was passed to someone else. He told me the voucher was still at the warehouse. He was helpful and when I asked if I could get a voucher sent online as I needed it that day( I needed to post it that day as it was a birthday gift for the following day) he gave me a code there and then and followed it up by e mail.

Excellent service - Graeme was extremely helpful with rapid responses to e-mails regarding stock of items required and alternatives, delivery times etc. Prompt delivery of items once in stock, well packaged, and almost identical prices to Amazon who quoted 6-8 weeks delivery time for the same product. Highly recommended.

Ordered golf grips and colour chosen was blue and black as shown in illustration however,grips that arrived were blue at bottom and WHITE at butt end which is a colour I would never choose for that end of grip.

The grip in itself is excellent and indeed the service was very satisfactory
