Do not buy from GameSir!
Ordered a controller through aliexpress (as it was cheaper than via their own site). SHould have been delivered a few days ago (waited for 4 weeks!), didn't get it.
Contacted them; no response. Then contacted them again: no response. Ridiculously bad customer service. Aliexpress said I should wait another month until I can leave them negative feedback, but guess what: I did it now.
Do not buy from GameSir!

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. Their products are alright, until they break like mine did. The customer service team will reply quite rapidly but then proceed to immediately blank you when you start talking about "warranty" or "refunds". After pressing them for a while I got vague responses such as "my colleague will assist you" but then no followup.
I got so tired of being ignored that I even emailed them on my second email account stating I was interested in buying stock and surprise surprise they replied the next day... When I changed tone and confronted them about ignoring my other emails their excuse was that they have too many inboxs to look at.
These guys are liars and scammers when it comes to customer service and requesting returns under warranty. I'm still waiting for anything to be done about mine over a month since my controller broke under warranty.

The Gamesir application does not permit you to register in any country.
The Gamesir application is exceptional, and the Gamesir G8 Galileo gamepad controller functions effectively on the S24 Ultra without the case, even when plugged in. The Gamesir application does not permit you to sign up in any country, but it still functions well without this limitation. Additionally, you can link your Xbox Game Cloud and Steam to the Geforce Now for a seamless gaming experience. Unfortunately, the Stadia games are no longer available. Nevertheless, connect the Gamesir gamepad to your phone and play at any time anywhere!
