Awful recent experience. Ordered on December 18th and still haven't received my item (Jan 6th) Managed to get a few unhelpful replies from customer services who have repeatedly lied to me saying that the item is 'in dispatching' and will be shipped today. This has happened 3 times yet when i check my account the item still hasn't shipped. Takes a few days for each reply which is then completely unhelpful. Stay clear if you want to use someone who cares about you receiving the item they happily took the money for

No issues whatsoever - top service !!!

Very bad service - paid for speedy delivery. Waited for 4 days. Can't get in touch with them - tried live chat, sent email. Got email to say it would be delivered today - courier said they haven't got it!! How are you supposed to get stuff resolved when you can't get in touch with them.

Ordered a console and despite being told would dispatch within 2 days it been 8 days and not with me. Even had message saying it was on the way but still not arrived. Courier said it hadn't been received by them when I phoned to ask courier. One very disappointed child here :(

Order finally arrived about 10 days after ordering - perhaps they were busy over new year but the communication really needs to be improved.

I wouldn't have minded the time scales if that was spelled out before I purchased.

Don't know about others, but Gameseek forgot my order, not only that i tried to reach them and tell them that I have ordered 2 games I couldn't reach them for 2 weeks time! Only after that period of time some one on Facebook sent me massage and told me that if would be out in few days.
At last I got my order after almost 2 month.
Also never received my points..

I am very unhappy with their services..
No one answered even now . No one is answering my mails.

Extremely disappointed. I placed my order on the 21st Dec and paid an extra £6.99 for next day delivery. After not recieving the order next day, I checked the order through the account to find it had not been processed.
I couldn't contact via online chat as this wasn't available, so I messaged via Facebook to be told quite abruptly that my order was still in warehouse and they couldn't advise when it would be delivered! No apology, no explanation why.
This was supposed to have been a Christmas gift, hence paying extra for next day delivery.
After 3 attempts of contact through the online form, I still have not received a response.
The item was received 1 week later...too late.
No returns note so unable to return ' free of charge' As the website advertises.
Will not be using again. Extremely poor service, and very rude social media contact.

Website was easy to navigate, easy to select and pay for items.
Delivery was fast, even at busy Xmas period.

The product I ordered from GameSeek did come in OK delivery time (max. number of days stated) but the biggest issue was that they were impossible to contact when I had a question. The live chat offered on their website never ever seems to work - it just times out when you try it, the phone number online for them doesn't work and the only other option is to email with a 72 hour response time! So if you're good at crossing your fingers and waiting for your order, great. If you want any customer service then don't go here - go to Amazon, they look after customers there.

Never received my order and multiple attempts at contacting them have failed. Live chat times out, no response when filling in the contact form. They have my £29.31 and I have nothing, maybe it's time to contact Anne Robinson.

UPDATE 06-01-18 So my one star review on Trustpilot was more effective than my multiple attempts on their contact page. They finally got in touch with me and claimed that they had no record of any orders placed in my name. Sent them a copy of my confirmation of order email. However instead of refunding me as requested I get an email saying my order has been dispatched, the order I placed 3 weeks ago and not a word of an apology. The game I ordered was Pictionary, I wondered if the word inept is in the game.

Great Experience with GameSeek. Received the products and will definitely shop again.

So I ordered for Xmas present. Thinking if I missed the first delivery I’d still have time to get another. Was emailed to say that the delivery was re arranged and would receive a window for delivery first thing in morning. Didn’t happen. So I was left with a devastated young boy with autism. Bad service! Won’t be using you again.

Have ordered from gameseek multiple times, but will not be using them again.
My first order was a preorder which arrived 5 business days after release.
My second was for a cylconic deal that was released on December 10th. They did not contact me, but when I enquired on the 15th Dec they told me the supplier did not send them any and they would not be getting them in until end of January.
My third order I paid extra for first class delivery. They did not send it first class, so it missed last order dates for Christmas.
Their live chat system frequently doesn't work, and they are extremely slow to reply to emails.
