I ordered the Shannara Chronicles series 1 bluray dvd but when it arrived the writing on the DVD cover was in a foreign language even though my confirmation email showed it in English!
I tried to contact Gameseek via live chat but it took ages for an initial response and then nothing so I emailed them. I did not receive a reply to my initial email so emailed again & had to wait 3 days for a reply.
They apologised & asked if I had access to a computer so that I could print a returns label but this wasnt possible so I asked them to send me the DVD in English with a returns label & I would return the original foreign dvd.
Then 2 days later they replied & said they only had the one they had sent me & to return it for a full refund.
I'm afraid that I had lost faith in them & was dubious as to whether I would receive a refund so I opened the dvd & tried it to find that it's in English with subtitles in a choice of 4 different languages. Consequently I decided to keep it rather than mess about returning it. I have to say I was very disappointed & very unimpressed with their service!!

Purchased an item from them, which I then returned as it was not required. I've had no refund in over 5 weeks of waiting/ They never answer the phone. They never respond to emails. They don't have any customer support to speak of whatsoever. I've had to get my card company to reverse the charge. Don't buy from these people. There are plenty of more reputable outlets selling the same stuff.

They banned me and my friend from purchasing because we complained about slow service and bad customer support, then deleted the review.

Very pleased with product and service. Delivery was quick and was extremely well package. Will definitely buy more from GameSeek in the future.

After having a awful experience with another Pop Vinyl supplier I am pleased to say I've just had delivery of my 2nd order from Gameseek.Both times I've received brilliant service,great price and fast delivery.Ive found my new Pop provider.

Disappointed with this company, I ordered a game for my 8 year old. A week after ordering I got a message to say the game had been dispatched and would arrive 3 to 5 days. It should have arrived 3 to 5 days after ordering not a week after!! If you want something to arrive on time I should try somewhere else. The only positive is the price was pretty reasonable.

I managed to get a much wanted item for my son at less than half the price it was in every other shop that stocked it. Ordered and collected in a smooth, easy transaction. Great customer service. Will definitely use this company again.

There was a sale.
A replacement game case was £2, but the Wild Thornberry Game was 90p. This game actually devalued the case it came in.

"There's no way they'll send a 90p game with free postage" I thought to myself. They couldn't be that desperate could they?

So I took the plunge.
Behold, 3 days later and the cursed game arrived!

It may have been eagerness to rid themselves of this game, but their postage is much faster than you'd expect for free.

Purchased Nintendo Wii game, which was on our daughter's Christmas list from Gameseek. It was a very good price, free delivery, arrived well packaged and super speedy! Very good service, thank you!

I have never done any type of review but I feel I really need to let people be well aware of this site's practice. My experience is based on the pre-order of 8Bitdo SF30 PRO Bluetooth Gamepad. I have pre-ordered this item back in November with a scheduled release in December. This was delayed without notice to the 1st of January despite all other sites have been dispatching them in December. And come and gone 1st of January they still have yet to send out my pre-order. That aside what worries me most is a lot of people who have the same experience as myself posted on the their website customer review for this product and giving it 1 star as they have not received their pre-order and are being ignored on customer support. However to my surprise, upon checking on the item's page again today, all those negative reviews have mysteriously gone apart from one 5 star review which has been there since October before release date. I have a very high suspicion Gameseek has been removing these negative comments on their website in order to artificially creating a higher review score. I understand things can go wrong with pre-order however I find this practice to be highly unethical and is simply fraudulent. If you are one of the people who has had their comment removed please post on this site as well so people are made aware.

Update: So Gameseek has just replied to my review and ironically asking me to delete this review without addressing my statements. I think this strengthens my point.

Update2: Following email received after I have contacted them again on the 20th Jan. Needless to say I have finally canceled my order.

“I am extremely sorry for the concern and inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, our stock has been pushed back and we are waiting for an ETA. Would you like to keep the order open, or would you like it to be cancelled?”

2/3 of the price I could find anywhere else, very fast delivery too. Can't fault them at all really!

Do not purchase from this company. I placed Order #G1033e11512848818 for Assassins Creed Origins Deluxe Edition PS4 on 9th December. The website stated th eitem was available but would 2 - 3 days longer to be disptached.

I was ok with this as I was happy that my son would have the game in time for Christmas. I then received an email from gameseek on 21st December informing me of the following:-

"Hello,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we're unable to deliver your order to you.
We've refunded your order in full, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail when the refund has been completed. Once your refund has been completed by us, please allow your bank between 3-5 business days to process it.
If you'd still like the items you ordered, please return to our website and place a new order.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Regards,
Customer Service Department"

Well despite repeated emails I have still not received the refund to my credit card and today I have made a threat of legal action unless the refund is received no later than close of business Friday 12th January.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered an item for Xmas on 18th December - paying extra for 24 hour delivery. Tried to contact them via phone and email numerous times when it wasn't received by 23rd December. They lied and said it had been dispatched on 21st Dec.
It finally arrived on 28th Dec and the tracking showed it hadn't been sent until 23rd Dec - and then was sent by 48 hour delivery!!
I sent it back and they got it on 2nd Jan 2018 - I still haven't heard from them - no response and no refund. They now have my money and the item! I'm having to dispute with PayPal who will hopefully get the money back for me.

Hassle free purchase. Goods arrived promptly and well packaged. They were in a great condition, given that they were second hand (known before purchase)
