Overall their game is very much enjoyable I have bought few games and played with much excitement. But I think their customer support should be more improved.

Zum 3 mal ist mein Spielestand bei Sniper Fury in 2021 verschwunden, ich werde künftig keine Spiele mehr bei Gameloft oder Microsoft erwerben da man auch keine Möglichkeit hat den alten Spielestand zurück zu bekommen

Jeg har skrevet til gameloft om deres snyd, de var ville gerne se min dokumentation for sagen, det fik de og intet har man hørt fra dem. Disney Magic World der er intet Magic over det spil, ren fup og fidus. De skulle skamme sig. Øv hvor er det surt når voksne snyder børn.

Ich hatte bis jetzt eigentlich gute Erfahrungen mit dem Support gemacht.Aber jetzt habe ich wirklich die Nase voll. GL hat mir mein verloren gegangenen Account schon mehrfach wieder hergestellt. Es hat zwar immer gedauert aber am Ende haben Sie es doch gemacht. Nun habe ich meinen Account wieder verloren. Am Anfang haben Sie mir Ihre Hilfe angeboten, wie immer. Ich war also guten Mutes und dachte es wird schon. Als ich Screenshots und Bezahlungsbelege an GL gesendet habe hat sich auf einmal niemand mehr gemeldet. Ich habe dann GL nochmal angeschrieben, jedoch ohne Antwort. Ich finde das für einen Support eine Frechheit. Ich habe das Spiel jetzt beendet. Meine Meinung, reine Geldabzocke, wenn man Geld für diese Spiele investiert. Ich kann Gameloft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Langsam reichts. Es vergeht keine Woche ohne irgendwelchen Pannen. Und GL übt sich mit ihren Werbevideos in einer schamlosen Selbstbeweihräucherung die hinten und vorne nicht passt. Auch der Support wird kurz gehalten. SniperF ist keinen müden Cent mehr wert....

Take care with the games of Gameloft. I lost Asphalt 8 totally with all the money I spend on it. They don't care. Customer service don't want to answer or help you.
The privacy policy tells you that they collect your game progress and activity. If this is true than they can give you your game back where and when you lost it. When it is to difficult for them they give you a wrong answer or no answer at all. It is terrible when you lost a lot money in this way. So don't spend to much because you lose it one day!!

Det bliver dårligere og dårligere. Hvis I vil tages i R.... så brug jeres kr. på Gameloft. Der er absolut ingen muligheder for at komme i kontakt med dem. Jeg er røget i med begge ben. Men starter aldrig et nyt spil hos dem.....

After receiving terrible attitude and customer service from Apple Support I decided to replace all Apple devices. I love the Disney Magical Kingdom game and couldn't restore my progress on to the new tablet I had purchased. E-mailed Gameloft who couldn't have been more helpful in sorting the problem out by email. No long winded phone call with an advisor or any of those problems unlike you get with another company.

the best even better than supercell or what i like to call s h i t t y cell because its so trash and gameloft makes better games than crappycell

Terrible customer service. Ranked something like 134th based on reviews. You can lose all your progress and have to start all over and they'll pretend it's your fault. They'll tell you "Sign into your Microsoft account, it's not us" while all your devices have been signed in the whole time. I've had to start over on Asphalt 8 twice now, and I'm done.
Even before this, I frequently didn't receive my rewards for achievments in the game. They'll ignore your support tickets for 2 months, then demand to know the exact time and day it happened when they finally reply.
Find another free game site.

Planning to pay for anything? DON'T!
Gameloft have slow customer service and they don't treat loyal users accordingly.
Due to an update of the game, mine crashed. Along with all my data.

I have been dealing with "Anton" from support and he was bouncing my case back and forth.
So from 14th of Aug. till now the issue is still there, my ticket was closed even though not fixed.
150 EUR gone like that in coins and what not.

Gameloft allows players to make racist comments in chat, and allows players to promote child abuse and pedophilia. These comments are reported and nothing is done. They are essentially promoting these things by not taking care of said issues. Racism, child abuse, and pedophilia. Good job GL.
