Ich spiele jetzt schon länger Dragon Mania Legends. Es ist ein schön gemachtes Spiel. Allerdings wird wirklich manipuliert in den Mechanismen, damit man Geld ausgibt. Alle erstrebenswerten Ziele (z.B. Drachenzuchtmarken) sind so gestaltet, dass man entweder mehrere Stunden täglich mit dem Spiel verbringen und SEHR viele Ads anschauen muss, oder viel Geld ausgibt.
Und man muss im englischsprachigen Wiki nachlesen, um das Spiel besser zu verstehen, denn die Regeln werden nur rudimentär erklärt. Neulich fehlten mir nur wenige Edelsteine, um einen Drachen zu erhalten. Ich hatte schon super viel Zeit investiert. Ich habe für 7€ ein Package gekauft. Es reichte immer noch nicht, also wollte ich dasselbe Package nochmal kaufen. Kurz vor Ablauf des zeitlich begrenzten Events war dieses günstige Package dann verschwunden und nur noch das zweite, teure für 20 € verfügbar. Und bei den Schlachten in diesem Schloss-Event wurden bei der automatischen Auswahl des Drachen-Kampfteams NICHT meine stärksten Drachen ausgewählt, sondern nur mittelgute. Das ist mit viel zu spät aufgefallen - sonst hätte ich es geschafft, den Drachen zu erhalten. Fazit: den Mechanismen des Spiels ist nicht zu trauen!! Es scheint, als ob absichtlich nicht alles optimal erklärt wird, oder nicht das optimale ausgewählt wird, damit man Geld ausgibt. Schade!

Wie unverschämt und geldgierig man sein kann hat Gameloft im aktuellen Season Pass mal wieder bewiesen. Wenn man es in Events nur unter die 40% der Besten schafft, gibt es nur noch 5 Marken und der beworbene Charakter lässt sich so nicht einmal freischalten. Ich habe für das Spiel 30 bezahlt und für die letzte zwei Season-Pässe musste ich jeweils für 10 Punkte kaufen. Jetzt kann ich aber trotz Season-Pass nicht einmal alles spielen, weil ich im letzten Abschnitt 20 weitere Medaillen benötige. Dafür müsste ich aber Balu und Dschafar so weit aufrüsten, dass ich wahrscheinlich 2x 50 dafür ausgeben müsste (ich habe beide nur auf einem Stern und Auflevelungsgegenstände fehlen mir auch. Garantie dafür dass ich sie auf 3 Sterne bekomme, gibt es aber keine... und die würde ich aber für die zwei bescheuerten Rennen benötigen. Brennt euch eigentlich der Hut?! Jetzt weiß ich aber auch, dass ich nicht einmal mehr 10 Euro für einen Season-Pass investieren werde. Dieses Spiel wurde final kaputtgegeizt! Vor zwei Monaten wäre es noch eine Empfehlung gewesen, aber jetzt kann ich nur sagen: Finger weg. Ach und wirklich weiterentwickelt wird nicht... ständig belanglose neue Charaktere und so etwas wie einen Battlemode den es bei Mario Kart oder den ersten beiden Sonic Racern gab sucht man hier auch nach 10 Monaten noch vergebens

Bei Disney Dreamlight Valley gibt es ein DLC. Wenn man mehrere lokale Account hat, muss man das Addon mehrfach kaufen. Selbst bei Accounts ohne Online-Funktion. Widerliche Gier von einem eckligen Unternehmen!!!

Constant outages with their game. Games clearly geared for in app purchases and unplayable otherwise. One thing if the games were developed well without glitches and outages but this company clearly chooses greed over customer satisfaction.

had issused with switching accounts on dreamlight valley, completely lost my entire save. ive sent out an email for each day of the week and when i did get a response, it was dead silent. no follow up. ive now sent out many other emails to game loft and their team directly. there is no way to call them. there is no way to message them it only redirects to the same page that ive filled out so many times now. My issue has still not been resolved after two weeks.

Don't trust Gameloft. My husband got Disney dreamlight valley, mostly for me as he doesn't play it. Had we known it wasn't going to eventually be free, which was promised, we would have made sure to buy it on my account as now the DLC it turns out is account locked and I can't play it as my husband owns the game and even if he bought the DLC I can't play it on my account and I can't buy the DLC as I don't technically own the base game. I'd have to buy the base game and the DLC which is crazy. My daughter was interested in the game but I would have to buy it all for her too. Just crazy greedy! All other games the DLC can be shared when played on the same device.

I play Disney Magic Kingdoms and they purposely make it to where you can never finish an event. All they want is money for in app purchases. Thousands of people have complaints and they don't care. They do make amazing graphics though. But if you expect to get new characters from an event it won't happen.

Der Kundensupport ist wirklich das Letzte. Seit 3 Wochen schaffen sie es nicht, meinen Account wieder herzustellen. Man sollte sich wirklich Gedanken machen, ob man in diesem Spiel Geld reinschustert.

I recommend all you guys dont buy nothing from gameloft shop in any games cause if you have a problem the customer service isn't available,they dont answer. I had trouble in disney speedstorm and i left game cause this problem annoying me.

I bought The Rift in Time for Disney dreamlight valley. It has terrible bug! I've emailed them several times and never get a solution! They took the money and ran. I don't recommend their games to anyone. Bucha greedy jerks that don't care. Sad I paid $70 for a game that doesn't work! I filed a report with the Bbb. They need accountability. Their i.t department should be fired! They don't know what thir doing, except taking our money.

Beim Kundenservice gemeldet weil beim gekauften Spiel die Menüs nicht zu öffnen sind und keine Zwischensequenzen angezeigt werden, als Antwort aufgefordert worden, SCREENSHOTS VON NICHT GEZEIGTEN ZWISCHENSEQUENZEN ZU SCHICKEN.
Problembeschreibungen werden also offensichtlich nicht gelesen.

Obwohl das Spiel kostenlos ist, kommt man eigentlich nur weiter, wenn man echtes Geld ausgibt.
Schreibt man eine Beschwerde, bzw. hat man ein Problem, erhält man eine automatisierte Standartantwort, welche einem nicht weiterhilft.
Kundendienst bleibt somit ungenügend !!!

Purchased the Ultimate edition of dreamlight valley, and never received all the items or moonstones. Was told by gameloft my proof of purchase wasn't good enough. Gameloft has lost a paying customer

Achtung!!!! Der Multiplayer ist der absolute Alptraum. Einfach unspielbar mit vertikalem splitscreen. Der, der sich den Unfug ausgedacht hat, sollte man entlassen!!!!
Habs für die PS5 gekauft digital und naja 25€ futsch. Liegt aber auch an Sony - von Kulanz nach 5 Minuten Spielzeit keine Rede. Aber letztlich ist der publisher schuld, der den Schrott entwickelt hat!

Lost a castle today in March of empires when shield went down and zeroed due to another one of gamelofts march of empires updates.For 6 days i and many others told them on Facebook and customer services that the update was not in Amazon store to send it but they just ignored me.Still no response other than the automated one they always send via customer support.Then you have to write the whole thing again and wait and see if an operative writes to you.Customer service are like drones all they say ias switch your device on and off, clear cache or reinstall game.If none of these things work you never hear from them again.It is pointless anyone buying or installing there games because at anytime an update will cause you to lose access to your game and they won't care after all they make 500 million dollars a month profit so why waste effort on anyone especially if you are playing free to play games.If you dont pay you can't win by the way in the case of march of empires your only there to be a target.March of empires is full of Bots and the biggest players are all cheats, they are also the payers buying very very expensive packages, so Gameloft will never sort out the cheating because they are its main customers.Some people have spent 10's of thousands on this game yes they are all just 1 bad update away from losing all.I don't know about the rest of there games apart from modern combat 4 which is also infested with Bot program users but i suspect problems the same in all.Gameloft is a shameless abuser of people and March of empires is particularly bad because you have to put new shields every few days or you will be zeroed.So if you like going on holidays or not being shackled to a game for the rest of your days this game is definetely a no no.The language in chat is often disgusting and definetely not one for kids.It has age rating 15 but thats easily navigated if parents don't monitor kids activity.This game is very bad for mental health as it works on the principle of the biggest cheating payers hurting the smallest.

Schon zum 2. mal sind alle meine Fortschritte aus heiterem Himmel gelöscht worden. Zum 2. mal vor über einem Monat. Habe mich innerhalb des Spieles an den Support gewandt und eine Anfrage-ID erhalten mit dem Hinweis, dass ich eine Push-Benachrichtigung erhalte sobald ein Agent verfügbar ist. KEINER hat sich, trotz mehrmaliger Anfrage, seit über einem Monat bis heute gemeldet oder auch nur eine eMail geschrieben und meine Fortschritte sind immer noch gelöscht. Ich habe mich an die offizielle Hotline gewendet. Ich möchte keine zusätzlichen eMails schreiben oder anrufen oder sonstige Sekretärinnen-Jobs machen für Gameloft. Es ist einfach dreist wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Die negativen Bewertungen auf Trustpilot sind ein guter Indikator und absolut gerechtfertigt. Gameloft schreibt: "Gamelofts Kundenbetreuung ist IMMER zur Stelle, um dir bei spielebezogenen Belangen zu helfen und deine Fragen zu beantworten.", aber das sind nichts als leere Worte.
