Gameloft removed all of my progress in Asphalt 8, then proceed to tell me that i didn't save it on their cloud system. WTD, there's no cloud system in that game bruh, everything was saved on Google Play Games. ALL OF MY 400 USD IS GONE. Also, they removed their older titles games without any reason at all, such as the older MC series, the NOVA series, and many more. I PAID FOR THEM, ALL OF THEM. But the most serious thing that really bug the duck out of me out is, I played a lot of Gameloft Classics, 3 years spent grinding the poker games, just to be vanished from play store when i proceed to reset my phone. DUCK YOU GAMELOFT. Just found out their net worth is only $100 million a year. Even less greedy and really-not-greedy-at-all companies make more. AND NOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolute joke, I contacted 5 ACTUAL person and all they said is, "just hang in there, we will contact our customer service".Uhh, excuse me, may i ask you something? Are you good? YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh my god. Just don't play their games. Oh yeah, and the new Asphalt 8 update removed bike racing on the bike racing event itself. Ridiculous, garbage, greedy as duck. Keep being greedy and witness the fall of your company.

Mir wurden im Spiel Credit;Marken und dazu Verschmelzung muenzen abgezogen im Wert von 50€ und meine ganzen in game items sind weg bootet und Werkzeugkasten usw es ist eine absolute Frechheit von diesen Herstellern das man keinen richtigen Kunden support hat um solche Bugs oder was auch immer das war zu melden viel Geld ausgeben um am Ende von dieser Firma betrogen worden ist vielen Dank dafür

Disney Dreamlight Valley ist Süße gemacht keine Frage.
Aber wenn das Spiel nicht mit Bugs voll gestopft ist dann geht der Online Dienst nicht, ihr habt den größten Fehler gemacht den es gibt, den Sternenpfad die Events und Cloudspeicher auf Online Modus zu machen ich musste alles was ich gemacht und auf gebaut habe neu machen!
Ändert das oder ich verlange mein Geld zurück und spiele das Spiel nicht mehr und verkaufe es für 1Euro mit der Information dahinter das, das Spiel Bugs und Online dienst Probleme hat und das dieses Spiel Unspielbar ist weil es auch durch gute Internet Verbindung trotzdem alles Ruckelt und stehen bleibt und die Spieler aus dem spiel komplett raus wirft!
Traurig das man die Leute so Ausnimmt wenn das nicht besser wird werde ich es Deinstallieren und werde wieder auf alte Retro Konsolen zurück greifen da habe ich die Probleme nicht und gehen besser als die neuen Games. Asphalt ist super aber. Aber die Konto Übertragung per Code funktioniert nicht selbst wenn der Code absolut richtig ist.

Update:Platformübergreifende Konto Übertragung wird nicht unterstützt. Die KI und bei der Fehlermeldung stand absolut nichts. Das finde ich trotzdem inakzeptabel.

Eigentlich mag ich einige Apps von denen. Zum Beispiel The Amazing Spider-Man 2 für Android. Doch nach einer gewissen Zeit funktionieren die Games nicht mehr oder werden vom Store entfernt. Es nervt einfach nur. Ich zahlte damals 7€ für The Amazing Spider-Man 2 um es nach zwei Wochen nicht mehr spielen zu können da die Server abgestellt werden! Und das war auch in anderen Apps schon oft der Fall! Ja, Lizenzen laufeb ab. Doch lasst das/die Game/App für die Käufer. Sowas funktioniert auf Steam schließlich auch. Wenn es nicht mehr gekauft werden kann ist es okay (Lizenz und so). Aber den Käufer (DIE ES KAUFTEN) so einen Stinkefinger zu geben ist nicht schön. Und das immer und immer wieder. Aktuelle Apps sind auch nur noch reine Abzocke. Ich werde mir nichts mehr von dieser Firma herunterladen! Zwei Sterne da Apps wie TAS 2 oder Gangstar damals echt gut waren. Leider ist Gangstar Vegas und Rio auch nur noch Abzocke...

Anything wrong with these scammers. I played March of Empires since december 2017. I often had troubles with their servers. But after this last Realms merging, their server has crashed. For each of us, the problem has been the same, we all complain a loading still at 78% with no response from the server. I don't know if anyone managed to log in again, but many of us (we can see them here or in the Microsoft Store) didn't. There's no customer care, regardless of whether you pay or not. Our shields are expired, then who managed to log, may have attacked us. I had a Level 35 castle, with 24.4B food, 5.8B wood, 5B stone, 5.4B iron and 3.3B silver. The last time I lost resources, they limited themselves to offering useless item packages. I don't want their ******* items, I WANT MY RSS BACK, even if I have to restore my units and walls. And they could easily add them back to the accounts from their terminals.
Since I don't believe they will do that, I'll never return to this game again. For me you can also fail after this.
One star is even too many.

March of Empires is a total rip off. We just had 3 major realms merge and at day 3 only 20% of the player base can log in. It hangs at 80% if you do get in its just a short period then your kicked. The game gets worse and worse with each merge and update yet customer service WILL get back with you but 3 months after your request. 5 years and the same bugs never get fixed.

What a money grabbing company recently bought dreamlight valley to find out only one account can use the dlc and also played disney speedstorm f2p for while and started to slowly become pay to win and pay to proceed with any of the tournament avoid there games everybody

Their games are buggy. Rampant with cheating, running side bots, people selling their huge castles or progress. It's a money-making game designed to make you spend more and more money. There is nothing fair about this game. And the customer service is a joke! No wonder they have such a bad rating on trustpilot. Trust the ratings players. Don't let yourself become a target of in app advertising and cheating.

My special needs daughter loves Dreamlight Valley 💗. She wonders where the rest of Mirabel’s family is, though, and wonders if the Casita will grow with them. She also wonders if there’ll be a Wish Realm with all the characters from the movie …especially Valentino? She’s really a fan of everyone being back together. 💕

Gameloft tut alles dafür um noch mehr Geld aus dem User zu pressen....Der Legendenpass und Eventpass reichen nicht um einigermaßen in dem Spiel mit zu halten...Es wird wert auf eine zahlende kleine Elite gelegt und keinen Wert auf einen normalen Dauernutzer...Overclock ist der Höhepunkt der ganzen Agenda...+schützt eure kinder!!! (P.S: :ich verwende Email, die Gameloft nicht kennt, sonst würden die sich sicher dafür rächen, wie ich den Verein kenne)

Wenn ich ein Spiel beende und deinstalliere, dann sollten auch all meine Daten gelöscht sein!!!

I have been playing Gameloft's Dragon Mania Legends for approximately 4.5 years. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Recently my real name got published on their DML Discord Forum. I reported this illegal activity to Gameloft Customer Care, as well as members of the Gameloft Board in Paris and Vivendi , who owns 56% of Gameloft. I have spent close to $75,000 on this game, yes that amount of money. The total lack of service, professionalism, as well as the breach of Private information, today I deleted the DML game and refuse to support Gameloft any longer. They didn't care a damn about me or my privacy. Now they have blocked alll communication from me.Please be careful with their games. Today I contacted Microsoft and asked them to delete my game and connection with Gameloft. This has been a truly awful experience.

Crooked company. Absolutely livid at the dreamlight valley expansion. A family can't even share a purchase on a single console. That is pure corporate greed. Will never buy their games again.
