very bad company they install thier game without permision on one of our phone in Spain and they start charging without our permision the phone is used by one of our lawyer in the office whom he has what ever intress in games

Games are extremely buggy, I used to love these at first when I was a kid but then I look at all the lag and bugs around me and it makes me barf.

Absolute utter garbage.
To costly, poor rewards, not bug checked, mutiplayer is a joke keeps letting the race finish before you've even started.
You can play this game for years and still get no where.
Definitely pay to win, gamblers paradise, hackers unchecked, especially in mp..
Don't waste your time or money.
I've been playing for 3 years.so I think I know.

Dear Gameloft Product Management,

To be honest, this has been truly disappointing. You've outdone yourselves this time — unfortunately, in a negative way. At the very least, open communication about the fact that some players apparently no longer have a place would have been fair. As it stands, it just feels like being shown the door through the back.

But don’t worry — we’re leaving voluntarily.

The game has always been questionable.

1. First, Gameloft forces players into a merger.

2. Smaller alliances no longer have a place in the realm, and those who don't pay have no chance.

3. On top of that, some players have been playing much longer than others, yet Gameloft groups them all onto the same server.

4. Additionally, Gameloft fails to protect its servers from attacks, allowing bot users to access them.

Sehr teurer Anbieter und Aktualisierungen sind nicht immer komplett.

ALWAYS shutting down games its literally so IRRITATING. why bother making games at this point. NEVER MAKE ANY PURCHASES WITH GAME LOFT. you will absolutely lose everything and theres no telling when. i miss playing wonder zoo and that croods game so bad. they robbed us bro genuinely go to hell

Game is a scam don't waste any money on them they have been having issues for months and can't fix the problem all they do is give you a runaround I spent a lot of money on it and they close the case by just saying they are working on the issue and nothing else can be done.

Lack of communication... shut down games without notice...cut access from players accounts free or pay to play doesn't matter. Lack of updates ...lack of content...broken aspects of game meaning you can't progress... accidentally gave access of my friends account to another random player ....wouldn't go near another GL game again

This company is a kind of bullies online, I think. You invest real money buying products from their store and I am referring to Asphalt Legends and they take power, performance off your cars making you to loose scores on every multiplayer races; they also mislead the classification on purpose, ex: you are 2nd and race finished they place you in 7th (happen to me 5 days in a row); if you address the issue they not bothered to correct or compensate you of anything. Very poor customer services, very poor responses avoiding taking the blame, they always try to get away with it. They should be investigated.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I spent about $100 on their Disney Speedstorm game, and was having fun with it, until I randomly received a message that "My account was detected doing suspicious behaviour" at which point I was locked out of playing the multiplayer part of the game I had spent money on. I tried to contact Customer Care as directed but they have failed to respond to me at all. I will not be spending more money on any Gameloft product, and will be advising my friends to do the same.

They flagged me in multiplayer for just visiting myself. I opened the portal and 30 seconds later I was flagged. Didn’t do anything wrong and I submitted a ticket. They didn’t even read my message and the reply broke my heart. I used so much money and time in this game that I was to afraid to use multiplayer. I missed it and would just see it was ok and use it if you don’t do anything wrong as they promise. It was not! I got flagged for no reason and the answer I got back shows me they didn’t even read my message before replying. I’m broken, my favorite game is taken from me and I didn’t break any rules.

I truly wish I'd never heard of this company before. Imagine some of the most carny ripoff Gotcha games you've ever played, combined with a driving game. That's BOTH Asphalt Legends Unite and Disney Speedstorm. The later which is starter gambling for children. Buggy, intentionally misleading, stingy, and more. I truly believe the devs and/or ops put punishment on people who complain, possibly through AI. But the more you punish, the more I report the truth. Seriously, play ANY OTHER racing game. This is again just more carny ripoff paywall gotcha garbage. I've been playing computer games for almost 50 years, straight up. (HP 9845C was my first time playing games on a computer) These games are a betrayal of most every gaming value I have picked up over the years. They're rapey. You'll take what they give you, and like it. Have complaints? They'll give you more. Stay away. You've been warned.

Spielt lieber keine Spiele von diesem Puplisher, gibt nur Probleme... Ich habe mich nach langer Zeit wieder bei Sniper fury eingeloogt (900+ Stunden Speilzeit ) bei steam, und jetzt ist alles weg und muss wieder von neu anfangen. Update: diese Unmenschen haben mir geantwortet und geschrieben das alle Accounts wenn man 6 Monate nicht online ist gelöscht werden hahahaahha was für Loser!
