Great knowledgable staff instore, efficient online servicr
I use GAK for online and instore purchases, although not always the cheapest the online store is simple to use and delivery is quick with good communication. GAK is fairly local to me so if I need advice or want to see/ hold something before making a purchase I'll go to the store where staff are really knowledgable and helpful. I've given four stars instead of five as there are other stores online who offer more competitive prices and also because the instore offer on drums and hardware has reduced. GAK is a local business so I like to support them when I can and staff are great.

Ordered my XDJ-AZ but unfortunately the screen was not attached. I had already known that this is a problem around the world so nothing to do GAK. But the way it was dealt with was trouble free for me and the guys there was brilliant. So wasn’t long before I got my replacement. Well done GAK
