Trash ……. Bought 3 in the last year and all three have cracked . I didn’t fill out warranty cause website crashed when I started so I didn’t finish registering it. So now I’m screwed. If they make you jump thru hoops to register their product then beware. Paid nearly $100 for it….. back to TJ maxx from now on !!!!

Everytime I buy there protector, it's trash. Either it's not full screen or they easily peel off. They charge you for shipping to replace it. Then they don't restart the 1 year as they alleged for the warranty to file a claim for a screen repair. Do yourself a favor buy a cheaper and better alternative screen protector from Amazon. They offer lifetime replacement and free no shipping. The protect your screen more as well unlike gadget guard where the screen still cracks. Wasted money for trash.

Beware of this company. Absolutely no customer service support. They're free replacement is a scam! They will charge you anywhere from $15- up to $44.99 for shipping the "free replacement" which is basically a piece of plastic thin as paper. Product would not stay on the phone. Waste of $60.00. How do you charge ¾ of the price of the product cost, just in shipping?

Cannot get replacements. Went to the verizon store, they printed out a receipt for me. Gadget Guard will not accept the receipt as a proof of purchase. I tried to send them pics of packaging along with receipt. Verizon who sold me 2 of these and Gadget Guard will not help. Poor business practice. DO NOT BUY GADGET GUARD.

I ordered a recplacement protector over 2 weeks ago, got an email asking if I recieved my order yet. It was not delivered, and when I checked my account the order was still "processing". I sent an email inquiring about it and let them know this hasn't been a good experience for me. Customer service was rude and didn't seem to care to provide any actual service. Turns out my protector is on back order and wouldn't be out for another 4 weeks. Why they didn't tell me this when I ordered, I do not know. They have more and more frequently had screen protectors on back order for multiple different phone models and makers, not just the one I have.

If you buy multiple screen protectors, say for you and your significant other, you can only order one replacement at a time. The screens from them cost more on average because they come with a "lifetime warranty", but then charge you $13 for "shipping". It does not cost $13 to ship a screen protector, so you're paying a premium everytime you need to replace it that they seem to just be pocketing for themselves.

The screen protectors themselves are nothing special. They're okay, not great nor bad. But there are cheaper options out there for the same quality.

They only allow reviews on their website “by invitation only” so they only get positive reviews.
They don’t have a cancel order option. I reached out to their “contact us” within 5 min of ordering, they didn’t reply for three days, then said they had already shipped. Unacceptable.

I had a Gadget Guard screen protector for my phone with a lifetime warranty, and it cracked. I simply paid $10 for shipping, and recieved a new one within a week. The warranty still applies to the new guard, which is amazing!

Cette compagnie t’offre une garantie de remplacement pour une vitre de protection (qui n’est pas incassable comme ils le prétendent) mais te charge la livraison, de plus quand vous achetez avec eux ils font la conversion en argent américain donc rajouter 40% sur votre facture

I accidentally ordered two screen protector renewals, and Gadget Guard refused to let me return one, claiming that it wasn't eligible for their return policy because I only paid for shipping and handling. When confronted with their own receipts clearly stating that no shipping and handling was charged, they persisted with this claim. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will never purchase anything from Gadget Guard again.

Nearly impossible to get on without bubbles and cracked within a few days without any drops and just being in my pocket. Not worth the price or lifetime warranty

Requested a replacement screen. Placed order. Paid for shipping. Company sent an invalid tracking number claiming to have sent the replacement. Can't reach the company. So, the initially overpriced and quick to break screen (which lasted 2 weeks before breaking, in my pocket), was supposed to come with replacements if you would just pay an amount to amazon pay, which the company is then supposed to use for your shipping. My question is, if I paid for shipping, but the tracking number which was supposed to be usps doesn't show up in usps system--- then where did my money go? And why can I not reach anyone to ask?
Lesson learned.

This is the worst fitting phone screen I've ever had. I bought one from 5 below that worked much better and it was only...5 bucks
