Worth every penny

I drop my phone all the time and yes the screen protector cracks every couple of months but the life time warranty makes this screen protector while it. My phone itself does not have a scratch off, when the screen protector cracks I just to on the website and get a replacement and only pay the shipping.

Items received was broken

Items received was broken. Immediately attempted to contact customer support and didn't hear anything back for over a week. Now I got am email with only a few preselected options, none fit my needs. The closest option brought me to this link to leave a rewiew.

**UPDATE** Just received the response below and have replied to the email given. Will update again if issue is resolved.

Excellent Products and Customer Service!

I really appreciate the quick…

I really appreciate the quick turnaround. Unfortunately the first one I received was cracked during delivery and I had to order a second, and pay the $7 shipping again. I’m not real happy about that.

Great service and timely arrival

Great service and timely arrival! I ordered my replacement on Thursday BEFORE the July 4 holiday weekend and received it on Tuesday, July 5! Can’t get better service than that! Very happy with your company and your product. Thank you!
