Ordered it on Wednesday night expected delivery the following week reviewed on Saturday thanks

Huge hit with the birthday girls. Slush for breakfast. Need to buy a lot more ice trays though. Really easy to use. Arrived the day after ordering. Really pleased with it.

My item arrived damaged and had to be returned, was a pain having to take it to a drop off point. Think it should have been protected better for transport. It was dealt with very quickly and I had a replacement in just over a week. So I am at last happy!

Paid for a Saturday delivery. It arrived as promised.

Goods delivered exactly when promised. It was a beer bong bought for a gift - some of the text on the glass isn't particularly well done but can't really complain for the price. I'd use these guys again.

Item as described and fast shipping but the packaging it came in was a bit messy and too large for the item.

I bought a present for my mum, for mothers day on this site and it turned up damaged. unfortunately I ran out of time to return and replace (as mothers day was the next day), which they offered also, but they were very helpful, very quick to response (I liked that bit best), and gave me a 20% discount as I sent them pictures of the damaged product. The delivery was quick and if the product hadn't been damaged it would have been perfect service. That aside I will shop with them again as the products they sell are quirky and original.

I ordered a watch very late Thursday evening and I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived Saturday morning, despite the website saying the delivery would be between 5 and 7 working days. Package was extremely well wrapped in bubble wrap and then boxed, securely. The watch itself was absolutely fantastic and by far the best price on line ( I researched for the best offer ). Perfect transaction, I would highly recommend this retailer to everyone? 100% satisfaction from me! Well done and thank you to all you excellent employees at Gadget Grotto! :)

I like this jigsaw carrier. Will make doing jigsaws much less of a hassle by not having to clear it away from the table at mealtimes. Only problem was one corner of the carrier was damaged on receipt but have managed to glue this back in place. Seemed such a minor thing so I did not return the item.

I ordered my g-shock watch on a Monday evening and had received it by the Wednesday morning, using the free delivery service. The watch itself is great, just what I was looking for and for the lowest price I could find. All round, very happy.

Retailer showed excellent service. Product ( Haynes internal combustion engine) was probably not as good quality as hoped for. The motor did not drive the engine properly due to loose fitting components and subsequently the control box failed (believe capacitor failure) so no power to motor or lights!

Very good prompt service. Did have to send the first item back but again everything was sorted very quickly and to my satisfaction, never used these before but would use them again and recommend them.

1st delivery arrived with the packaging and contents damaged so had to be returned, 2nd delivery arrived and all ok .
